  1. I'm running 28mm PWK's,pro-design intakes along with the stock airbox.I need the rubber boots from carb to airbox.I cut the stock ones to fit(airbox side).Do they make an aftermarket boot to fit with out modding?

  3. I now have all the parts for the leak down test.one question thou....What's better vaccum or pressure testing?in the past i always heard of pressure testing,but have heard a few things about using vaccum.I don't have either gauge so I will be buying one of the two.
  4. How do you hold the plugs in?I'm thinking of drilling a hole with a bolt and some washers...

  6. you don't need the o-rings with this clutch.Did you put them in?
  7. From what I know you don't want to keep steady RPM's.Always want to be up and down on the throttle and don't hold it at the same speed,for longer than 5 seconds or so.

  11. The old dragstrip was on the west end,Not far from the motorcross track(which was not all that great).....worn down....I'm thinking of the black top strip at least it looked like one....The black top changed into a strait like of sand whoops at the time.
  12. My chic is starting to box has part of her work out nothing serious,but she's having problems hurting her hands.The knuckels next to her hand gets red.Almost between the fingers.What do ya think the gloves are the wrong fit?Bag to stiff?shes a little thing!!!!
  13. I was at the badlands a few years ago and saw the dragstrip,but was closed and covered with sand in some areas.Did they make a new one or open it up.just seemed like the drag strip was never used when I was there.

  15. I'm going to run 93 pump gas with 150 PSI and +4 timing...It's ported so i think if it stays together I'll be at the max....

  17. the pick up coil is screwed to the timing plate (black box)and should be set at .015-.025.make sure you have one of the tabs on the flywheel next to the pickup when setting....

  20. You will never find 2 people that will read a plug the same..... That's the truth......There are so many web pages to read on plug reading....I went nuts learning how to jet the shees.....None of them are the same!!!!....
  21. There's alot of color on that plug.I do a chop with a brand new plug and look for the smoke ring at the bottom of the ceramic insulator.(2mm-4mm)My plugs look near to this one after some hours on it.It's a tad darker than mine...

I did some mods this winter,which are lighten flywheel,Timing plate at +4,shift star and new clutch. no matter what I do, the idle likes to increase... after you crack it the idle will be at 2800's and than move up to 4200's.i backed out the idle screws and than when you crack it,shee will stumble real bad than rev.The idle would than be around 1300's and than slowly creep up to 3300's.any ides????Does the lighten flywheel act like this or maybe a lean polit jet....

  25. You need a new top end... ....stock setup is 120-130 like led said...I think the factory aims for 125lbs...
