That was just great. Popped them on today, 160 main, 45 pilot, fired up second kick without any pipes on and was idling friggin perfect. Can't wait to get them fuckers back from the chromer and get a set on.

Funny you mention that, I timed myself awhile back, dont remember the actual time, but it was just taking it off as I was doing a brake job on the ol ladys car. Hp doesn't have to be a constant when related to torque. Just look at a lot of dynos.

No, those are donealready. I think Holyman misunderstood, or didn't figure in the parts. I have parts for up to 37, if in 6 months I haven't sold all 37 which is very unlikely than there wont be any loss in production. Been a long 2 weeks, Family/overly personal things have taken a great chunk of my time ut any lingering orders, I think theres 2 bare sets left? THey should be out by Monday. If you want the pertinant info on what was going on, feel free to PM me but I"m not posting it in here, wont effect anything business wise just personal shit that came back up(not married yet so no its not a divorce).

cool Yeah I forgot the vf2 which I run. thats good news as I have a 160 in it right now main. gotta find the tiny flathead to check the pilot, hell I may not even have to change but one jet size which would be great.

He uses the WSM pistons. I used them before talking with him when I had my 404 kit. They are exceptional pistons, worth every penny in my book.

Need a ballpark if you've got 68mm stock stroke cubs, dual 35mm pwks, and cpi/rockets/shearers ~500' elevation. I switched to duals, and know the jetting is going to be lower than the single but I am not sure how much.

yeah get em cleanedup. Seen a lot on them getting some extra outta the cubs with a cleanup port. Talk to Nate McCoy (yeah I"m Bias). He's the only builder I know thats getting 110hp on gas out of a cub.

I have an email already thrown together with the info. 1 car garage with 220v isfine, I subcontract out everything but the welding, and assembly of the silencers. Costwise your looking at ~$200-$250/set costs, this is dependantalot on what you can do yourself, such as welding, machining pieces, things of that nature. Yeah it sucks, but thats whats goingon, I'd love to just give everything to someone that could do it, but I still have obligations I'm willing to eat half the cost till they get on thier feet and get moving. And considering theres enough parts to do 37 sets now, thats 90% of the cost of running it is in the parts. If someone took the $25koffer andrepaid the restlater, it would take the profit of the 37 sets which are almost 100% profit, mnus the cost of chroming, plus the profit of another 10-15 to cover that obligation. After that it would only take selling maybe 60-80 sets to eek out enough profit to cover the first $25k that was into it. Which is not a hard number to reach at all in the first year, hell if you can keep up you could do twice that,and if you threw an ad in dirtwheels I'd put over a thousand sold in the first year.

Anybody still interested. I'm finishing up Chitown tomorrow and doing a job in NW than another blitz in TN. Probably closer to the east side of the state and a couple jobs right over the border in Miss also. I'mnot goingto have the time to do this and dont want it to die. Haha, yeah RN I'm gonna try and hit the free weights next time my co-worker goes to his gym and see. I did 9 reps at 310 so I know I coulda eeked out another 20lbs or so. You gotta remember now, theres no bar so the strong arm cant make up for the weak arm its all those stabilizer muscles that come into play also. Me being tall I get 100% of the wieght in the upper portion ofthe rep so I"m thinking free weights something in the 250-275 range. Which is phenominal seeing as when I was in HS my 1 rep max in bench was 185. Plus the fact that I've only been working out regularly for 6-7 months. The rest was basically just to keep from losing what little I did have before.

Didn't think I had it on here I was gonna add it to my last post. This was me about a weekend ago doing 310 on the bowflex, ,maxed that bitch out, gotta get the 410 upgrade now. Gotta love that No-xplode supplement.

Man I've been in enough fights in my life, you got your ass kicked. He gave you the chance to back off and you didn't so he got in a 20:1 ratio on hits at least. Now once during soccer practice back when I was your age, 15/16 I had a crush on one of the female soccer players. Her last couple boyfriends were losers when you get right down to it. Well one practice low and behold the guy fucking pimp smacks her ass right infront of the guys team. Me and only 1 other guy on the team went over and proceeded to knock this motherfucker out. Yep I ended p getting the girl and some ass outta the deal thats how its should go. Finally, the last fight I didn't get into was due to a my friend protecting the other guy, literally. Fiancee's ex happened to be at this party at her cousins place, I had an idea he might show up so I bring along some backup seeing as I know all of 3 people outta 40 at this party. More or less I tell him if you see me turn my hat around you better be coming with a punch on the guy or getting someone because I will kill this motherfucker, literally. Lets just say all went well, no problems the whole night even told jokes and bullshitted with him. Than at some point he realised he wasn't getting any from any of the girls there and just started pullin my fiancee to the side when I"d go get a beer or a hotdog etc and I saw it everytime. After the third or fourth time I finally decide to ask whats he saying, she says he keeps wanting to talk to me, but I dont think he's trying tohiton me or anything. I go over ask him whats up why he keeps tlaing to her, he says none of your business little fucking baby to which I go Baby, bitch I"m more of a man than you'll ever fucking be. Lo and behold he gets up says provfe it bitch and pushes me outta this white chair. I blacked out, not fram falling, but from rage. Next thing I know I"m screaminglet me go I'll kill this motherfucker with 4-5 guys holding me back he him just standing away trying to egg me on but has that look like man I hope he doesn't get away.ended up puching all over a chainlink fence bent one of the metal poles holding the fence up. Never saw him anymore that night. From what I was told Tim(buddy) never ever saw me with the look I had in my eyes and yelled for her two cousins to help hold me back to which 2-3 other guys came up to help. This was like little less than a month after my sister wasmurdered top ut it in perspective. Talking me 6'2" 190 workout everyday if not every other day, and a 5'7" guy about 140 skin and bones. Even his sister comes up to melater and goes holy fuck he's losing his mind, I dont know how he could have even imagined ever knocking you out in a fist fight. I'm glad your buddy held you back He would have gotten the holy hell out of him. Best part is I heard about a month ago maybe 3 weeks, that he was talking shit about how I didn't do anything to people at this otehr party, and his sister overheard stepped into the circle and said bitch that guy would have wiped your ass he had 5 people holding him back and what did you do stood there like a bitch didn't even try to get them to let him go, nor didn't you even try and hit him. Boy I know his ego took a massive hit after that, people were supposedly laughing at himand shit. I cant wait to see him at anotehr party I'll fucking just hit him, just go up say hey bitch and *smack* right in the fucking nose knock his stupid ass out. Bumping. Spent the last two weeks down aorund memphis and St Louis doing/ lining up companies for the job. Hopefully I get to spend this upcoming week around home before doing another blitz around Nashville. I have little less than amonth to go.

409 big bore kit slower than stock...carb problem?

I had a 404 sleeve that hauled ass. the ports need cleaned up. especially the transfers,the sleeve restricts them more than stock so they need fixed, same withthe intake and exhaust. Single 35mm will be enough carb for the motor. Depending on what your gonna do with it either got dual 33's, dual 35's or single 35. When you get it ported your going to need to change the domes if you have an aftermarket head, larger bore your going to need the large bore version domes. See DLNOSS he'll hook you up. if you can run race fuel get that compression to the 170-180 area after porting. Than come back and tell us how much it hauls. -
Where abouts in Missouri do you live BTW? I was down inMemphis on a big job from tuesday to friday. I have a chance to run a new crew down around memphis or nashville the company hasn't decided yet. May open up a new shop down there which will put me in line to run the shop down there. One of those options you cant pass up if possible. So if I sell it I'm moving if not I"m staying and yeah they will still be made.

Loco toss some 40mm carbs on that cub and watch the results against a shearer bike on 35mm.

Looking to get some duals put on the quad. Something in the larger range like 38mm plus the intakes and filters. trade out for a 2 into 1 setup or for the wet nos kit that includes dual 34mm PJ's. If you want the nos your gonna have to throw a couple hundred along with the carbs.

Yep and they should be out tomorrow 2-3day priority so you'll have them for the drags.
