  1. Hows this jetting sound for bike in sig 155 main 55 pilot 1-1/2 turns out on pilot 50 degrees right now 500-600 above sea level
  2. wow thats hilarious right there.
  3. Ok thats it im painting them! No i like the way it looks, and if i did paint them it wouldnt be a spray bomb job by me, i would have them professinally painted, but everyone around here really likes my mcbadass banshee!!!! Cody
  4. 6 hd springs here also. New cable and clutch lever and perch, not bad at all to pull all 6
  5. oh ya make sure the crank is welded!
  6. very cool project, 60-70 horsepower should be very easily obtained without something exotic. Get the stock cylinders ported, some bigger carbs (pwks). A nice set of pipes, some reeds, advance the timing, determine what octane your willing to commit to. If ya got the extra coin a 4 mill would be nice but not neccesary. Umm you can cut the stock head or get a cool head. Run a pancake bearing and a aftermarket water impellar. At least 3 stiff clutch springs, the list goes on. My motor is a nice runnin shee and would be badass in a bike! Cody
  7. bump for answers to questions? shee seems to vibrate a bit more at just off idle, is that normal for a 4 mill, its not terrible but just more than stock. Also does this jetting sound about right or close, 155 mains, 55 pilots, 1 1/2 turns out on pilot screws. 500-600 above sea level, and it was like 50 degrees out today. Havnt been able to open it up or get enough space for a plug chop yet. I think the vibration may be from the ridgid pipe mounts , they have no rubber in them like stock. Just billit pipe hangers. Cody
  8. Heres your buddy jeffs that i bought, have to tilt the left carb in just a touch so the choke clears, but other than that they fit good. Def need the heat wrap though. Plus access to the pingel and spark plugs is great, way better than cpis in that area. If you wanted to run a airbox which i assume you dont run youd wanna run the cpis. The shearers are made to clear pods, thats why there bent the way they are. Cody Shearers or GTFO! lol jeff will tell ya! Cpis are good pipes to lol
  9. im not a chrome expert but isnt that what happens when there oil on the pipe when you try to plate them?
  10. Sweet dunny, now i know this isnt the spot for questions, but what the hell. shee seems to vibrate a bit more at just off idle, is that normal for a 4 mill, its not terrible but just more than stock. 11. i was thinkin the same drewski, i do like it, and my freinds seem to think it looks good. I hope some more people chime in here, i hope i dont have to paint those fullbores, id rather not.
  12. trail setup Also shee seems to vibrate a bit more at just off idle, is that normal for a 4 mill, its not terrible but just more than stock.
  13. Got some new fullbores, wasnt sure about the yellow and red but i think it turned out alright. I left everthing there so i could switch back and forth between my mud plastics and my dune setup, hope everyone likes it. The fullbores were kinda of a pain to fit. But i got them on.
