I would go up on your main jet 2 sizes and lean your needle by one clip position and try it, see if it gets better. From the sounds of your plug check, your main is slightly lean and the transition from part throttle to mid/full throttle is lacking fuel causing your bog. Just my thoughts.... I wouldn't change the pilot jet unless you're having problems with starting and idling.

I think chopping the plug down to where you can see the porcelain is a waste of time, but I'm not saying that checking your plugs is a waste, every one should do it if you feel something isn't right. There have been enough threads on the site with different setups to have a general idea of what you should be running, definitely good for a baseline to start. General rule of thumb, start rich, ride the bike, and fine tune it from there by the way the bike reacts to throttle position. If you know how to tune a carburetor, and know how an engine should sound and run, a WOT 1-6 gear pass and plug chop isn't necessary. That's strictly my opinion though

GRR intakes, or at least that's who I got them from...and yes, carbs are still on gas, with the same needles that were in them when you had them, lol. NX foggers installed, no jb weld job either, carbs were welded, drilled and tapped for the foggers. Also have billet bowls. Let me get them out of the garage and look them over real good, I want to be sure of their condition before I seal any deal or come up with any price. Is that cool? Built a K&T 10mil cub :beer:

Try taking a little slack out of your throttle cable, it'll idle And yes, your carb float needs to be adjusted, it's letting in too much fuel
