if ur sellin it for 450 ill buy it , but i just rebuilt my bottom end, and starting would have nothing to do with that, if it goes in 6 gears then your bottom ends fine, the crank only goes in one way so u dont have to worry about that, did you check your reeds? dump some fuel in the sparkplug hole and see if it starts, did you drain all the gas out of your carb when ou took it off?

well the reason ur plugs are fouling is the jetting is off, sounds to me that you mihgt have a bad reed or a clogged jet

setup looks good, for the crank, get it trued and welded and you'll never have to worry aobut it coming apart, a mild race port n polsih would benefit you alot, and i'd look for something besides stock reeds to run to, good luck, what are you doing for suspension because we all know thats the most important part
