just got tired of jetting problems, if anyone wants a basicaly new shee give me a message. its an 03 black and red, with TR6 pipes boyseen rad valves AC propegs and AC bumper, Grabbar. Skin graphics the one with the naked chicks. renthal bars, billet grill, shockwares, light covers, and thats about it. im askin 4900 just because thats what ive got to pay off, so all extras are pretty much free. dont wana get rid of her but just lookin for something alittle easyer to maintain

i thought i needed bigger than the stocker

im running t6 pipes no snorkel uni filter rad valves and the toomey jet kit, i was told by the yamaha shop that i needed to go larger on the mains, its got the 280 in but im running lean, and also 30 on the others give some advice please

just put on the new skin graphics and omg does it look great, i would recomend them to anyone

is it normal though for the pipes to sound like nothing is there if its lean

the razar 2s are great alittle heavy but if your shee has any balls it will pull them and let me tell you they will grab and not let go, and boy do they love to throw shit

i just got the problem with my rad valve install fixed, and went for a ride. it realy ripped but after about 10 or so minutes into the ride it just bogged out then died. it started back up no problem but when i bogged out i was running probly 60mph and i couldnt get the motor to pick back up so i rolled to a stop. when i got it started it ran fine again, but within a couple minutes it started doing it again but this time i kept it running, im running the tr6 pipes and as you know they are fairly loud, but as i kept the motor running it sounded as though the pipes were verry quiet, i wasnt getting that normal pop out of them, then it backfires and i eventualy start to hear the pipes again can anyone help me

well i just got back from a ride and it real rips but i ran into a problem i now think the jetting is out, it runs fine for a while then it boggs out then dies, its not hard to start back up but i have to use the choke, it seems to run alittle better with the choke alittle ways out, dunno but it still walked all over some raptors today, tell me if you have any suggestions,

i know they put in the #280 mains in, and i got an email from boyesen and they told me to change my secondarys to # 30 instead of the stock #25. the bike is pretty much new so its all stock except for the pipes and rad valves, the filter im using is what they sent me in the toomey package, the two stage whatever filter that has the toomey logo on it. would removing the airbox and running the two k&n filters work good, i ride in northern ny and there is alot of sand and mud

i had the bike jetted at the yamaha shop and it ran fine i dont think one of the jets is loose, but ill call them and have them look at it again seeing that its their work. the airbox has the snorkle removed and airbox vents intalled like the tr6 kit had me do. im alittle worried about taking it all off for the reason that i ride in sand alot and dont want that shit in my motor, its still not running and im getting pissed, i feel like calling the yamaha shop and bitching for a while, thanx alot guys

i put new plugs in it i had been running to rich of a mixture, the rad valves are new but could there had been a problem with the reed spacing, i never measured the gap could this also be a problem. thanx for the advice superchicken, and ill probly go ahead and pull it back apart again to see if anything is wrong with my install like sredish said, thanx alot and ill tell you how it goes

i just had my bike jetted for the tr6 pipes and it ran fine, i got a set of rad valves and called toomey and they said the jetting would be fine. the instalation of the valves was realy easy which led me to believe that its all put together right. but now the bike will not kick over and the only way i can start it is by pulling it behind a truck, once i get it running it bogs down when the rpms drop but when they are high it revs to the moon and backfires can anyone please help me with this problem before i go and spend money down at the yamaha shop, thanx alot

I just got a pro design cool head off ebay, the auction says i get it with my choice of domes. the only other mods to my bike are TR6 pipes, and i would still like to use pump gas. can anyone help with the dome size? oh ya I currently ride in upstate NY and im unsure of the altitude if that makes a difference. thanx
