sounds like a good idea.. you could put the fan on back side of rad.. but the fan will have to be set up to draw air in and not flow out.. there would be room on the back side .. a alarm would be good to let you know to either ease up let fan cool it or what ever.. although most guys with aftermarket rad and engine ice engines stay cool anways...

just plug the holes with a pipe plug...

sounds like you might have a clogged jet.. its backfiring cus its running lean .. you also could have sucked a reed but typically when that happens it will rev like its running out of gas...

shearers.. they are top end pipe would be good for what you want... and when you get porting done they will be even better...

i plan on getting frame pc'ed and i want stem pc'ed too.. anyone know if i can leave stem installed or do i have to take it out to save the bearing??? bearing gonna need replaced either way?????

check the choke tube between the carbs...

sounds like you might check into a rebiuld.. if you have to spray starting fliud in it thats not good.. for one your spraying a very explosive fuel in there with no oil for lube. after it actually gets started it will get lube from the mixed gas.. you might do a compression test first.. then maybe look at the jetting.. but if compression is real low the starting fliud will help get it started cus its so explosive...
