if it sucked a reed while riding it .. normally it will spit it out the exhaust .. anyone i ever heard that lost a reed and did a tear down never found anything... quess its up to you if you wanna tear down or take the chance....

with beadlocks you can run the flat if you want too.. just air then up like you would any tire.. if they are too hard and spinning too much you can let lil air out and not worry bout rolling the bead off in a corner like normal wheels...

you could have just bent the wheel too seen a 450 like that guy thought it was hub but if you lookedclose it was the center of his wheel .. but you can find hubs on ebay all day long.. look for raptor,450,banshee hubs all will work...

terry cable now makes a twist and thumb in one.. you might try one of them .. then you can have both...

well thats why i was asking what the exhaust look like cus intakes without exhaust porting is waste of time.. or vice versa.... i was just curious what exhaust ports looked like.. to compare to mine really...

they recalled the billet centers the ppl they had making them got bad material or something that was over yr ago.. i run hipers like them alot and i can get tires off easy with the dual beadlocks... not sure i would say their lightweight but i like them...

sounds like your cross threaded the plug .. prolly need a new dome or a thread chaser see if it will clean it up...

that sounds good for a cold motor need to ride it let metal get plenty hott then do the check...

arc welders work good in the field cus they dont need a gas to burn the metal like a tig welder... tig welder is for indoor use...

i would say pull plug see if getting spark... put new plugs in.. if your getting spark and fuel it should run no matter what.. might run like shit but anything with fuel and a spark will run.. so anyways if it has spark you must not be getting fuel.. so kick it over and spray carb cleaner or put mix gas in a bottle and sqiurt in the carb. just a tad to see if it will wanna start if it does then your not gettin fuel so start with taking carbs off and cleaning them.. take hose off carb going to tank make sure its not clogged with crap from sitting..

whats your exhaust port look like thats where the power is...
