  1. 192lbs. is awesome, bet the torque feels great with compression that high.
  2. I've got a set of stock rear wheels just sitting in the shop that I'd be willing to trade with. Just swapped them off for a set of Douglas beadlocks.
  3. Seeing as I've never ran a pair, I wonder if my jetting will want to move up or down. If memory serves, I think a size down on the mains is where these might want to go. Of course, I'll play around with them. I'm thinking of hitting the dyno next week with my Fatties and then the PTs and see what the difference is once and for all. We'll see. Oh ya, bigboy, I'll keep that in mind. But, don't get your hopes up.
  4. That's why they make multi-stage chips. You get in it, throw it in the 120hp setting and smoke some dudes, then before your wife gets back in it, put it back down in the 40hp setting and she'll have a better passing gear and get better mileage, and you know she won't be racing with your kid in the back in the 40hp mode.
  5. Yea, I've got a set of Fatties and I love them. But, the PTs are known for their low mid power and have been proven to be the most powerful midrange pipes out there. Soooo, I had to get a set to try. I've been looking and lurking for awhile but never could find a deal to jump on. I found one set on Ebay once, pipes only that I forgot to follow up on. Got on last night and within a few hours of this auction start time, had used the "Buy It Now" on them. Waiting to hear back on shipping costs, he's one state away so it shouldn't be too much and will hopefully have them by Thurs. I'm wondering about the sound they'll produce with the CPI silencers. I like the looks of these silencers better than the Fat Boys and the CPI sound is awesome, so I'm hopin to get that sound. I'll throw them on and see how I like them. If I do like them, i might have them sent off for refinishing, maybe this Powder Chrome I've heard Dunedemon talk about and then use them some. Don't know what I"ll do with the Fatties if I go that route. Don't really know what I have planned right now, just wanted a set of PT mids to try out.
  6. Sup fellas. Just won a set of PT Mids with CPI silencers off of Ebay for $125. He had good feedback so we'll see how it works out. They look pretty good but need a little cleaning up. For the price, a little cleaning up is worth it I think. Anyone have any comments or thougths on the silencers and all? Later.
  7. i'll take your fullbores and you get some of those!
  8. Dave has two kinds, one you replace the studs on and one that uses the stock studs. The Pro Design requires the longer studs, but it's really no big deal.
  9. I'd give Patriot Racing my shiz if I was ready and felt like waiting for a month. They stay pretty busy to say the least, but have heard really good things from several different people and a couple on here.
  10. Billet Parking Brake blockoff Polished clutch insert Twist throttle setup (assuming it would work good for my 35 single setup ) Polished rear brake lever Temp Gauge (if it's easily swapped over)
  11. Got some stockers for $50.
  12. Both heads are the same, except the NOSS head is available in colors and you get a discount. Dave is a good guy to deal with also. They'll both provide the same benefits. The "cutoff" is more related to the compression. The cutoff should be around 160, or 155 with advanced timing. At those two figures, a 50/50 mixture would work. Over 165 or 170, I'd go straight. To be safe, 20cc should be close enough to get by, unless your higher than 2,000' or so. If in doubt, order 20cc.
  13. That's freakin sick!!! Don't know if I like it or not, that's the shit for woods riders who don't wanna cut their fenders.
  14. good thought, what kind of sounds are you hearing from your motor?
  15. Maybe try and repack them before you cut them. They could just need some repacking and they'll sound a lot better. My PC2s are pretty loud and I'd doubt that they'd pass sound level.
  16. Yes, LSR does sell a clear/transparent by a company called Laker. Haven't seem them tho. would like to.
  17. Got dibs on the black front plastic. PM me on the info and what your asking monk!! Late.
  18. I just need Brian, er Tat's swinger. Tats, you put that thing in the mail yet?
  19. It adds tons low and mid but you'll lose your top end. That may be no issue to you depending on how you ride, just something to keep in mind.
  20. Then get some fatties, you'll still have some low and great mid (little less than the PTs) AND you'll have some good top end also for the dunes and open trails.
  21. whattya gonna by next fro, huh, huh??? I need to know so I can get one, ok... Please tell me....
  22. I hate my lightened flywheel..... NOT! It compliments everything else I've done. Rockin mod!!
  23. There is NO BEST PIPE for the shee or any two stroke! That's the first lesson in two strokes. Figure out where and how you ride, then get back to us.
