I busted my leg(near the ankle) last summer in a street bike accident, so i know what your going through(sucks a$$). I had riding boots on at the time, but they're no match for a car.... As much as laying around doing nothing sucks, do it, and stay off that leg. and dont go selling your bike just yet. At least not until your all healed up, and are able to at least take one more ride on her. If at that time you still feel the same way..then put 'er up for sale. oh and by the way, i found that a wire coat hanger was the best for getting at those little anoying itches, and use a heavy duty draw string garbage bag over the cast if u have to take a shower!..... speedy recovery!!!!

wow, this thread is really intresting....i guess i could add a few of my own. When i use public restooms, i always tear off a few feet from the TP roll, and toss it out When i drink from a can i put an indentation just below the opening, so i can grab it w/ out looking and know where the opening is. When i'm finished w/ a can of soda(or whatever) the pull tab is popped off, and tossed into the can. Basically so i dont spit in the can i'm drinking from or drink from the can i'm spitting in.. I'll 2nd that brother!!!

yeah it's the white text on the "about us" page. Something about light lettering on dark backgrounds(maybe just to my eyes). I was just getting "picky" about the customs, because it's an ATV webpage.(and) i'm just over this whole custom bike build off this, and iron cross that..... I didnt notice the drag specialties sign the first time i looked. He sell's parts for american twins too?

I'll 2nd what sredish said. I'd go with getting a another quad too. It's always nice to have that choice, or a back up if one is down for repairs or something. and if i had to choose between the 2 that you suggested, i'd go w/ the raptor. good luck!....

Overall i think it looks pretty good. Easy to navigate, and find what your lookin for. placement of good looking woman is always a plus. only thing i would suggest, change up the white lettering on the black background. It's kinda funky on the eyes. oh and lose the customs(choppers) good job...

Mine overheats when i'm towing stuff w/ it, which is mainly what i use it for...... ..... putting around at just an off idle pace may cause it to over heat pretty quick, but like the others said, just cruisin around it shouldn't. Check it out, or have it looked at by someone. That or get the Polaris the other guy mentioned...

anyone that drives around w/ their bike in the back of the truck, just for show... unless your gearing up for a long weekend, and are getting things ready a head of time, there's NO reason to show up to the gym(where i saw this clown) 4 days in a row, w/ your bike in the back of the truck.... Yes we're all very proud that u have that new YZF450.....(golf clap) Last minute cancellations, on a weekend trip, specially when the one that cancels is the one that has my bike and gear packed on his trailer.

Yeah that kinda stuff sucks. There was a guy out here that got canned from a shop for dumping a customers' bike(while wheeling it). He was "road testing" it.... Just another reason why i dont let other people work on my sh!t.....

I was gonna say the same, but as usual, evil beat me to it....... w/ the way gas prices are these days, and having to run high O gas...it's not even worth it. I'd turn my truck back to stock(if i had kept all the OE stuff)........but If you want to mod...start w/ a a good exhaust, headers, a high flow cat, and cat back exhaust, and an intake(i'm not talkin K&n), cam, and new timing set . plugs,wires,cap rotor, t-stat, and make sure all your TSB's are up to date. Regear for tire size.. (just me) but w/ over 100K on the motor, i wouldnt be thinkin bout a super charger. Start w/ your basics, and work your way up from there....

next to the Duc, the Priller is the best thing out there.... all we can do is pray.... [bowing in respect]....

We have the same campain going on out here in NV(click it or ticket). (what i was told by a friend) They can't pull you over for the seatbelt violation, cause it's a (forgot the word) offence, but can site you for it if your pulled over for another reason. <that's how it works out here, your state will vary.... I wear mine(stats are stats), but dont want to be told to do so......

I sent a package out(UPS) on the 5th of this month, and it never made it to where it was going. I had a friend send it out through her work to save me some money on shipping. i dont have the tracking number, and cant get it from her(a whole nother story.. ) I called UPS and asked if there was any info i could give them to help find out where the package was. The UPS person was very short w/ me and pretty much told me i was SOL... Have any of you guys ever had this happen, or know any other steps i could take to try and find my package? I really need some help on this one..... thanks.
