Intake .002-.004 Exhaust .003-.005 I usually leave the gapper in place,and hold the valve with vice grips (or whatevers handy) while tightening down the nut. Hope that helps

What thickness of tubing and did you opt for and did you get gussets or not, and why? I ride mostly Dumont(bout 90%) with the rest being some local dunes. 200lb rider, with moderate jumping skills(ok i suck at jumping, but still like to do it.. )

I know that it's a common problem with that motor(i read that somewhere), same problem with my nephews' raptor 80. The valves go out of wack very easy. not like your describing, but maybe every 6 months or so this little raptor needs one. Check the exhaust valve. If i'm not mistaken, thats usually the one thats out. I dont have the clearences on me but can get em before the end of the night.

I mounted a video cam to the banshee (left front between the fender and tank shroud..see pic..red arrow) anyway, it worked really well except for interference from the motor or what ever, which made the picture quality kinda crappy. Is there any anyway to dampen or get rid of the interference??

I didnt get these new, so i dont have the washer to use as a guide as to how much to cut off the fins on the stock intake. Anyone know how much to leave??...1/16th..1/8th inch??....
