To start off its been around 30degrees at night and 50 in the day.......im running Castor 927 at 40:1 with 118 octane race fuel......im out pounding around on trails and hills and just haveing some fun riding by myself im out about 3 hours my bikes running great i run into a few guys out in the valley and we blast around for a while, i come out of the valley about 1/8 of a mile of pavment to my house i pinn it shut down zip up my drive way and park in the garage throw it in neutral hit the kill switch,turn off my gas, shed my gear and go inside......next day 10am....i go out gear up, back out of the garage turn on my gas, the kill and pull the left choke, give it a boot and it fires up kill the choke and go to slightly blip the throttle and right cylinders not fireing off idle.mmmmm, fresh plugs and swap plug wires same thing again, im trying to rev it out to get it to fire, nothin, compression check 180 both jugs(8hours on a fresh motor) scratching my head i call my buddy Jacey at action motorsports and tell him whats up, im askin spark? cdi? he's like nope its for sure fuel related he says drop the bowl on the side not hitting and blow out the main some shits in it, (but my air cleaners pristine) so i shut off the gas.... drop the right bowl and 2 ounces of pure syrup came spilling out, try to fire it up again same thing no right side, i drop the bowl again this time with the now well shakin fuel ( i rocked my bike back and forth for a minute) and let some flow reinstalled the bowl and hit it up, bang the right side is in but smokin like a bitch i start warming it and blowing the crap out 10 minutes later its runng good and clear....i go back in and call jacey and tell him its solved thanks for the tip and he's says now drain yer tank cause you just pissed all the oil through the carbs...what a freakin hassle......are they sure this shit is Racers choice?.......after reading the bottle it says may separate ill attest to that.....

  5. i would say yes......i think garys arm is goin to use a different carrier than the stock style so i would go for -2 over 1, and ill bet its gonna look sweet as well he makes some nice shit
  6. all we would need is a roller with some clearence, but that peice of shit frame keiths riding got him across the desert floor pretty damm fast, as cozy as we could make the ride the better cause its a long one, but in the quad class i think the banshee can win its just going to have to be a privateer cause the big guys wanna promote their thumpers.......it would be so sweet to wipe em up with a couple banshee's......and a fun trip to baja is allways nice.......
  7. me either cause bottom line i want it to pull my arms off ......if i have to fan the clutch no big....my cr's are the same you get used to it, you end up just down shifting...if it has a power band ill find it.......
  8. we could get keith sundall to build us a frame stick my motor and rear shock with a elka arm on it, come up with some real long travel front shocks,stick a scotts stabilizer on it, put Evil up in the pilots seat and give him a push.....only prob is we need two bikes and 2 riders, none of us can cover that much ground 24/7 solo.......its an endurance run so it takes plenty of pratice the terrain kicks your ass......im not sure the ocassional ride would gear us up for it, sometimes ill ride everyday then go try to do a 10 mile run full on the pipe and its like i played in the super bowl by myself, just really kicks my ass..we need a yungster with a trophy set of nuts, the slower guy could releave him.....a fast shee in the open desert could win though.....but to even place is a victory

  10. i think they work great on my trinty mx port with stock carbs and delta 2's.......on my stroker they pull great but fall off a little early.........the turners pull from nowhere without the reeds but ive found the pc to pull harder and longer on top if you dont mind slapping the clutch outa the whole the pc will pull forever.... a 15 counter sprocket helps too, but for smooth lows the turner is gonna win over the pc in any application, but if you open ride like banch said the turner might not be your pipe......turner makes a high rev pipe thats spose to really kick ass for mild ports
  11. yes you can run 22's..........if you go -1 on a stock swing arm and have your chain stretch your right back to where it was stock with the chain in the center on a stock arm theres an inch and a half that it could move so with a -2 and the adjusts back your at -1-1/4 with it all the way forward your at -2-3/4........so - 2 works great
  12. ill bet hes ok too pc's arnt air and fuel whores thats why they run best on none ported stock carbed bikes with just the bigger main.... i dont recall the size i could open my stock carbs and post it if you need to know, but its only around 4 sizes up from stock......
  13. pro curcuit provides a main with your pipe, put that in leave your pilots and needles stock, shit can at least your air box lid if not go to an aftermarket filter...and it should run like a raped ape to about 3000 feet, if you didnt get a pair of mains call pro circuit and see what ships with your pipes......do a plug chop on fresh plugs and see where yer at.......

  17. Lefty, actually for scale i think you snapped one off at about somewhere around 462 mph give or take, therefore ive prorated your winnings and have written you a check for 13 cents. dont spend it all on one mod.....

  21. can i have your bike when you die?......i was just out riding (im off for a week, hell yeah).....and i just jumped 300 yards(well at least it felt like 300 yards, might have been 40 feet) my bikes running good and the beer is cold, just waiting on a buddy then we are going to go out into the valley and bang out some 90+mph wheelies.......

  25. that means finnaly someones making sense boonie......heres the video id like to see, a guy sitting in the back seat of a car with a camcorder panned out wide i see the speedo in the car reading 75mph and out of the left side of the screen comes a banshee on a 45degree angle blipping his throttle passin the car......not a dragster on nitro with his front end at 11 oclock, or a cbr 900 snapping one off at 120..not a guy on a shee gettin one at 50..............id like to see a guy on a banshee riding a wheelie at 75mph......
