Fixitrod, was asking me how i did my air box to accomidate my pj 34's, i took the air intakes and cut them down to an inch and a half (i wanted my air box intacked, because when i ride by myself i put a little pouch with a cell phone and a few bucks just incase) i cut the intakes and cut the toolbox out then zip tied my airbox to the frame, and drove a screw through the deck plastic into the overflow that sits on a few pins in the airbox, in the pic you see a zip holding the overflow bottle but thats gone...where the deck platsic overlaps the recovery bottle i put a little selftapping screw that holds it nice and tight, you can shortin your air box but i opted for removing the tool box.......i hope this helps ya rod.......

i think its a little clitch somewhere, but the dealer is telling rick its the pick up coil, therefore a new stator....im in electronics, that just sounds weird that it droped like that..a coil is a peice of wire wrapped around a magnet............but whats worse is if this guy jacked him for his cash on the HQ.....fucking a guy when he's in need like that is not happening, i have a little nest egg id be willing to pay a unknown soldier to pay this guy a visit if he jacks got1.... i really really hate pricks that burn people on these frickin computers

Rick you mean someone off the HQ stiffed you?......theres about a dozen guys on here id get shit from and he aint one of them.....did you pay him?...if not go to the dealer......how the fucck does your stator go from working to not over a motor change....that just dont sound right man...you shut your bike off, pulled the motor reinstalled it and now the stator is trash? i think the most minor thing is fuckin with you, i cant see your bike, but something is fishy with that, as far as this guy jacking you...lets hope he just had a long weekend........

right on man nice motor.....mine pulls like son of bitch in sand with a 17 up front......once you iron out your jetting youll be flyin....i wouldnt think the flat spot are the cpi's.....maybe break it in, so you can start pulling wide open plug chops, mine had a little crackle at wide open and i went up a main and its fine now......gearing is not your problem though......i tried a 15 with mine and it about looped me everytime i punched it...... a 13, holy shit thats low for that engine, even in deep sand......

i say the banshee, because as soon as the 250r sees it, he'll be driving away with his tail between his legs. hehehehehe not for sure...my banshee hauls big ass and it takes that to catch a 250 r cause he can blow through the rough at twice the speed of a shee......then ill catch him and he'll pass me in the rough again..and so on and so on..

hehehehehehe, thats a good one stan, jim couldnt pay me enough to say otherwise if his engine sucked......i want to hear from some of the other members using his motor, ive yet to hear anything but good reveiws of his builds and service, when got1 gets his bike together he's going to be impressed with the way it runs, and my motors been very reliable so far, i sent jim a bone stock motor, he didnt bore the shit out of it looking for an extra cc, so there are some bores left in my jugs, i did send him some cash before my engine though so i didnt have to wait on parts.........i really thank David at Noss for turning me on to Jim

i use my elka covers and thay dont bunch up....do you have them pulled down tight?.......they are the best thickest covers ive ever had, i wash them with my outerwares about every couple rides ...no problems yet, and i use the house washing machine....
