how cold is it? both my shee's fire up..... and as soon as i kill the choke they start revving fairly clean (although a dont put a load on them till warm i.e. go ride) do you recall how it ran with fresh plugs and a clean air cleaner? i know that my shee running castor 927 in this cold weather doesnt want to rev out till the goo from the oil is burnt off and she's hot.....i dont know just a thought, maybe your low speed jetting is a pinch off.....i wouldnt think the main would effect its off idle response.......

id like to see those pics of the old carrier...stan sent me some pics, he's going to have to gussett up for us dirt riders and is working on it, what he has now is killer for sand.......yeah my buddy kept loosing his lower left aarm to spindle joint, and then bent his lower right arm and went to LSR's pretty much the same thing? i dont have any problem with my lower heims on my arms and my jd's on my mx bike have ball's upper and lower, i kinda prefer them over the heims, but maybe 6 of 1 half dozen the other.......i know garys swing arms are beautiful, maybe the best ive seen..i sure fancy those a-arms on your bike, they just look great

id ask walt(banshee370) but that aint no cheap ass paint job, thats top notch work....if you can stomach your stock paint get a stroker and some good ass suspension.....you'll go fast and hang on

have they changed meat? my first shee was a 96 and now i have a pair of 02's but my stock arm shows slight fatiuge cracks whereas matts seams to be holdong up nice.....ive just never seen a need for an aftermarket arm and i like running the stock axle for MX...... on my desert bike i use the wider LSR, but again with the stock carrier...i also dont mind the stock chain adjusts, although the honda style is better, i hear quicksand is making a real nice swinger, and Stan is working on some too...it might be time to replace my stock length with a +1 or +2 for the open desert riding.....

I might just have my mommy or my wife wrap me in 1/2" bubble wrap, a few layers thick. I got to keep you guys from popping them somehow. Cool deal man.. I'll get to check out some gear, and I think it will help me decide what to buy this summer. that shit hurts like hell when it pops out huh stan....when alpinestar comes out with something better than the tech 8's ill get a pair and send ya my old size tens, there blue, might not match your bike, but will sure feel nice, i wont haul ass without my booties on, after a while you'll feel naked without them......the boots knee gaurds, leathers, chest protecter a real must if you eat it, thats how i can crash so much and still make work the next day....

thats so sweet how for flat track your just sittin on your axle, thats shits gotta be a blast, i was ridding my shee on a golf course (then i woke up) im stuck riding over bumps and bullshit......id love some shee speedway...... u need 2 come race with us... u would b settin urs up after 1 race... ... L8r d34 damm 34 i would love that if i can ever get some time off work im packin up the bansh and coming out to hang with jim and buy him a beer, im so happy with my motor work id love for him to ride my bike and show me around town maybe meet david at noss while im there.....ive never riddin flat track it looks like a blast though.....

Matt did do a great job on my swinger.for a stock arm its a peach..i have a bike with the stock arm and can see little hairline cracks in the welds but matts -2 arm which i pound alot harder is pristine, he found the weak points and fortified them..again matt i cant thank you enough for the great job you did on my stocker.......i think anyone wanting theres cut should send it your way, and i know you worked your ass off for me.......anyone can bondo the weld and clean it up......but my bike tracks so nice and true, again matt you were right on check, very very very nice

hehehe thanks otis, when i go to the dunes i have a orange whip cost about 15 bucks just a cheap legal flag.......but riding around the house i run my bud flag just to get laffs from my buddies, but for serious riding i take it off, id hate to get impaled by my bud tapp....i just thought youd get a kick out of it....have fun at dumont its a fun ride and the desert stuff is way less rocky than vegas.... i tried to ride pahrump once damm was it cut up, even tried jean it sucks ass well...ill bet your local riding is ok though.........

but matt worked his ass off to make that for me, whatever i paid him was not enough.......matt heres a tip buddy next time you bondo something spread it on and about 5 minutes after it goes off lightly sand it if it hardens its like cement then your sanding your ass off...im sorry i didnt tell you that when i asked you to bondo the welds for me......but everyone who see's my bike says the guy that cut and welded your arm is a bad mofo...your work isnt going un noticed...again thanks buddy.....

.....have it powder caoted right.....the best paint job your gonna get is the stock one, verses a can of spray....they have tons of colors and powder coating is cheap if you clean it up

take a tie down from your axle to grab bar and compress your shock, then get 5/8's of slack in your chain..you cant go wrong

Thats how my bike reacts also and i run fairly tall gearing for the track, the 34's are very crisp with the delta 2's, and im running pc pipes, but it does come from the absolute bottom right off idle and pulls and pulls and pulls, id hate to see you gag it with fuel for a pinch more top, jims engine and the 34's are a great combo, ive learned to ride his motor, lately im a hard rider to catch, and in baja style racing im just a ghost....very very hard pulling power band, i can grab a fist full of brakes, then just dump the clutch and be gone.......Kudos on the build Jimbee
