  5. ive ran one in 2 motors i run a 8 disc. so far no problem but last time i looked at it it was loosing its rib on teh fibers. 6 springs also. it will be replaced this winter though. not saying its the best but i had decent luck with mine.
  6. i run 100LL in my shee. i thought you couldnt run that in your 4stroke cause of the valve seats. not sure on that.
  7. dumb ? why are you wanting to go 75mph at the dunes. personnally i fyour bike will pull 15-40 and you like it i would stick with it. 75mph is asking for a problem unless your drag racign and still thats hauling azz not being on a track. i wouldnt do it. safety first imo.
  8. you need them to raise up at the same rate. you will have to adjust to get pretty close jeff sells a carb sync tool that works well also
  9. 15-40 gearing in 6th gear, really dont matter what tires your flying. your probably not able to pull that gear with the power, shift into 5th. sand causes major drag on a bike. i would say stay in 4th and 5th, you must ride in wide open dunes. in waynoka if your running 6th, i say good luck, too fast for them dunes imo.

  14. i got some billet ones from modquad i think. with my arms they werent long enough still tried them out. pulled the threads. i got some from janseen racing. steel tough bitchs. my arms are janseen also so might be why the other +2 weres quite long enough. but the steel ones are tough bitchs so far.
  15. i think a port job would help out, or a stroker 4mm setup. i had jim at passions do 1 for me. you can pm him if you want. passionre on here.
  16. if you quasi idle or put thru the place it shouldnt hurt your paddles. if its full dirt and no rocks or sticks you can go at a decent speed. some people are so smart they try to show off at the dunes with paddles on asphalt. usually ends up a paddle breaking off. just be smart about stuff shouldnt have any problems.
  17. i know couple guys are running a tusk clutch with 6 springs and having good luck. depends on your motor. could run 3 spring and get by. rockymountainatv sells them pretty decent. if they made a 8 disc i would get one. i think rocketboy did some comparsion between the tusk and a streetbike clutch. you could do a search on his name and read up on it. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...c=53353&hl=
  18. i used their dyno and computer to program it. dont know about their 4 strokes seem to run pretty well. i know airforceone runs very well from ps. kevins never did anything bad for me, always offered good advice. i still dont think it will make a bike run 6 bikes faster, and 8hp but if you get a dyno to prove it then ill stand corrected. i do know cubs like more timing so it might work better for your curves. a couple i could see hp wise, and widen your torque or useable power maybe just 8-ish hp i dont see.
  19. jim motor like lot of fuel. i personnaly think your damn close i would go down a main probably be perfect. how does it rev coming off idle to wot. if it pulls hard then i wouldnt adjust the pilot. his motors like richer pilots and mids. if its sluggish you might try the 30 pilot but doubt it. let us know hows she runs. tuning on it isnt to bad right??
  20. all i have to say is i was optimistic also, couple hp maybe but if you buy it brand new 400 bucks i really dont think its worth the money for the gain. ill wait for you dyno sheets i guess. all i know was what kevin helt told me from nmotion.
  21. got any proof of this. talked to a guy other nite he played with his timing and plate got 1 hp. i dont see it making 8hp. his motor was pretty much opened up and running on alky. this wasnt with a dyna just saying tweaking his timing got a hp. not 8ish what motor did you have?? your telling me just by puting some timing you killed his bike. got vids of this. to make up 6 bikes difference by adding a bit of timing is really hard to believe. was your custom programmed?? how much timing are both of you guys running. all i know its not like its a bottle of nos, its not going to be put on and then man oh man you start kicking everyones ass. i could see a few ponies but most everyone runs at least +4 already. and ill wait for the dyno curve jr can post. then maybe ill stand correct.

  24. your lean at 300ft like i said. the black stuff is paint, use some scothbrite or emery paper to remove the rough edges at the bottom of the slides. you can look at the metal at the bottom of the threads to read your plug also. but i still say your lean at 300 ft.
