  1. If you are leaking fuel from your overflow you need to fix that first. If your bowl is too full you will suck way too much fuel into the motor. Until that is fixed you are wasting your time messing with needles and jets.
  2. I don't know where I got the idea to try the EEK needle, but I ever meet them I have a couple of cold ones with their name on it. How's it been goin'
  3. I'm at 185 main, 48 pilot, EEK needle in the 3rd clip. The needle is what made the most difference for me. I was really rich low and mid, but lean on top no matter what I did with the jets. I have stock bore, stock port, stock pistons, k&n filter, noss head 21cc domes and v-force II reeds with pt mids. same elevation.
  4. I THINK the ricky stator flywheel is lighter than stock but not as light as most people get their stock one's cut to. Try a search or PM boonman. Later

  9. I have an 02 HD with a 6.0 and have no problems at all. the 4L80 is a good transmission if your not pulling the world with it. Sometimes I wish I had the 8.1 with the allison but then I see gas prices decide the old 6.0 is just fine. The brakes are 100% better than the 98 and earlier trucks.

  17. Try that needle, you will definately get more fuel on top. If it doesn't work out, I have a set of 28 keihn bored to 30mm I might trade you if you're interested.
  18. Looks damn good, I thought about doing something like that but figured I would mess up the geometry somehow. I was going to use automotive tie rod ends for the ball joints so i would be able to replace them easily.
  19. It was a DEK and it would run great with a 220 main as long as I was WOT. It would foul plugs in 10 minutes if I wasn't on the throttle hard and the bottom to mid range bogged pretty bad. Once I went to the EEK and down on the main it made a world of difference on the bottom and mid and quit fowling plugs, but still runs the same up top.

  21. I'm at a 180 main and 48 pilot with pt mids, k&n filter, no lid, stock port. I really fought with mine until I tried the EEK needle. I was up to a 220 main and still couldn't get any color on my plug at wot. Now with the EEK needle I'm perfect at 180. Later
