regular powder will hold up, i powder coat them all the time and never had anyone tell me they had a problem with them. i powder coated mine too and have no problems with them.

you can blast the jugs to prep them, you just have to be extremly carefull to not get even close to blasting inside the cylinders. then just tape it all off and paint them.

they go buy what is stamped out on the date when they are bought, and the guy didnt stamp any date so the warranty should still be good.

cars, marine applications, anything that needs a bad ass battery to power it, they are the best ones out. they run about 175 or more each. they are top post and side post. most guys who run the car sterio systems run these batterys to keep up with the loads.

CB671 or what ever his name is (I can never remember it..... he has a cow girl or something for an avatar, and he powder coats) made some mini choppers and used something called a Torq-A-Verter to get the power from the engine to the rear wheel. You might employ something like this. That would be me yes you would want a torque convertor not a centrifigul clutch, those clutches are only good for kids that dont weight over like 40 pounds. plus the torque convertor changes gear ratios as you go faster and the HOOK up and dont slip like a regular clutch. if you dont buy the one off ebay, let me know i can give you a couple links to some good places to buy them. the run about 140 new with a #40 or 41 chain.

im sure you could cut them and advertise on Jr Dragster sites along with sites like this and sell them, yeah smaller tires are less friction on the track but they are kindof expensive. you might sell them though. do a couple and throw some advertisement out and see how they do, hell put them on ebay too!

i have some dyno sheets if you want to see, but they are dynos sheets of the power pro's and the grr pipes, the grr pipes mae 7 more hp on my bike than the power pros.
