pull the cover off of the side case that covers the water pump, you could be leaking into there and its slowly leaking out of the cover and your not finding it.
i think meat has somethign on his site about what vin numbers belong to what year. call the local dealer to have the run the vin and see what year it is. or check meats site www.thebansheezone.com
oh yeah and stop spraying shit into the carbs to start it, that just goes into the crank and if it doesnt start then all your doing is filling the crank case up with fluid and you will keep fauling the plugs.
BE CAREFULL do not force them. if you look at the psitons where the rings go in they have a little pin in them to keep the rings offset and prevent them from moving. that pin should be in the center of the ring(where the ring is split) align the rings with those and you should be able to squeze the rings with your hand while you slide the cylinder down. also the sleve on the cylinder is bevealed so it shoudl slide in with no problems.
if you had all that shit in your pipes in probably in the crank case too, there for fauling the plugs and preventing it from starting. you probably could have got it started if you took all that out and cleaned it.
haha JB weld, the fix all. i had a yamaha 125 3 wheeler one time and a guy was coming to look at it to buy it. well i was still riding the shit out of it and i wanted more power, then my dad says "put a big block chevy spark plug in there it will runn better and faster" so i did. yeah melted a hole right through the damn piston. well needless to say i popped the top and took the piston out and put tap over one side and filled the hole with good ole JB weld. believe it or not the hole in the piston lasted for the guy to come get it see it run and everything. he wasnt to happy though when he called about 3 days later though.
its not lawn chair parts, they are from a metal folding chair, and if anyone from this site looked at it they would never figure out where they are in a million years
it shouldnt harm it as long as its just a little on a rag or something. i would try a test spot first. it may dull the PC finish a little but should shine back up with some wax.
good luck Led tryign to find something to remove the paint from the top of powder without harming the powder coat. if its just a little over spray though you should be able to use a little paint thinner to wipe it off without hurting the PC
you just take the stocker compress the spring and unscrew the top. the spring pops right off. i know you cant do the shock dampner but the springs can be done all day long without effecting the performance of the ole stock shock.
i have said it once and will say it again, TORS! get rid of that usless junk, they cause more problems than anything i know. it seems if you touch the fucking carb caps they will f*ck up, you may have to disconnect the tors and see what happens.
can you maybe get a drimmel down to it with a small ass blade and cut a slot into it and us a screwdriver to get it out? or at least cut the head of the bolt so you can get the head and cylinder off to use a pair of plyers to remove the bolt.
who cares, let those gay fuckers f*ck each other in the ass, its fuckign sick but it leaves more women in the world, plus two chicks together is hot LOL
