thats all cool and all but it has one thing wrong with the picture, the power band seems to be wrapped around the coolant lines. that will do him no good
haha thanks man, but i isnt my wife LOL, the tires are hoosiers 21 inch and D-20 compound, the top of the wheelie bar mounts the where the pipes would bolt by where the airbox should be.
we used the bench grinder with a polishing wheel on my buddys to clean his pipes up when they rusted, it worked really good. just use a little polishing compound and it should work ok for ya
heres the one taw350cc(woody) was talking about. the wheelie bar wheel actually sits about 2 inches off the ground. it works really good. i hope the pics are good enough for you to get an idea
i wouldnt think rust would be a problem for two reasons. the first if you thaw them out and put them on the bike, the exhuast will evaporate the water. second the unused oil/gas mixture will prevent it from rusting on the inside.
ive doen it alot, hit it real fast and try get the weight transfered off the front and you will smim right over it. its pretty cool and you dont really get wet, just a little on the legs if you do it right
