i wouldnt run the old gas in the shee, when it sets for a while it breaks done and the octane lowers, the lower the octane the better the chances on you having pre detination, which means the fuel will ignite from the heat of the cylinders. when this happens you could burn your motor up, i run my old racing gas in my radio flyer wagon

high temp powder colors are limited to black and silver pretty much, anyways you do not need to use high temp on the cylinders, i have done MANY sets of cylinders and not one of them have had a problem. the regular powder will hold up just fine.

I turn the gas off every time i am done riding because for some reason, the gas drips out of the overflow on the carbs until i turn it off. I do not run the gas out of the carbs though, i just turn the gas off as soon as shut her down. The weather is kinda funny because it gets really cold, then it gets warm, all over night. 290611[/snapback] its yor carbs man , if it was running good when you parked it, plugs dont just decide to go bad while they are not being used. neither do reeds, but when you have no gas in your carb the oil from the gas will gel up and clog your pilots.

did you leave the gas off when you parked it and how has the weather been, i would bet money on it that you have a pilot in the carb on the side that is backfiring stopped up, clean the carbs and your problem should be gone

to clean white plastic use a mr clean magic eraser, that little fucker will clean anything

good luck i painted some stuff with that paint one time and it turned out ok but DIDNT hold up worth shit, if i was you and you want to coat your rims, i would have them powder coated te will last alot longer.
