if your pilots are clogged its pretty easy to tell, itwill barley idle then when you give it gas it will die, if you choke it and it runs better then your pilots are more than likely stopped up. and if your tores is bad thats easy to fix, find the wires going to the carbs , disconnect them, then find the wires going to the throttle on the handle bars and disconnect that, then find the wire for the emergency brake(on the clutch lever) and disconnect it, then find the little black box under the gas tank on the left side and disconnect ALL wires going to it. that will eliminate all the TORS. try those 2 and if you still dont have it running you got other probems

change your plugs , if that dont help clean your carbs, your pilots could be stopped up

from talking to her all she had disconnected was the carbs. i just had her double check and disconnect all the wires going to the box under the tank and she was running in no time.

No prob take her for a spin and let us know how she runs

those are big bore sleves installed, if you look at the sleve on the top where the head studs are you will see how close they are to them. standard ones are not that close. also look how thick the walls are in the sleeve. those babys could be punched way out!

i do it all the time at my house. take the rim and set it in the yard. SOFT DIRT!. so that the rim isnt hurt. then take a 2X4 about 2 feet long and put one end up by the rim ( like your making a little ramp) then run up on the board with your car or truck. this will break the bead easily. then use some tire irons or big screw drivers and work the tire off. works grat for me like i said, and i do it all the time.

OK, i have been working on my cylinders a while to get them polished up. anys ways, i have come to the conclusion that i dont have the patience for this. is there any one on the bansheeHQ that polishes cylinders, and for what price? i know meat head does, but after reading his post a hundred times i found he was really too busy to do them so im not asking him.

oh, well i know you can buy the front without the grill for 255 too, but that doesnt help ya much there does it , sorry

complete set? for under 310? GOOD LUCK better look on ebay i just purchased the NEW silver ones directly from fullbore(and yes i was the 1st person to get them LOL ) . they were 625 shipped. the fronts are 310 and the rears are 255. unless someone is willing to sell you an old set i dont think you will get them that cheap.

since its clean but not as clean as mine and its is 10 years old i will give ya 2500 cash if you have a good clean title.
