  1. Well fuck me running. That thread is the only thing I found on Google. And if someone says I DIDN'T need to take them out to P.C. I'M going to 🤢 puke. That's how I got them out, hopefully some fell apart because they were 33 yrs old😠 Am least I got more answers here than fakebook
  2. Any tips tricks, or suggestions for installing the front/rear motor mounts into the case? TIA
  3. bought a set of pipes that had been hanging in a garage. One was full of pink insulaion from Mickey Mouse.
  4. Lean will act/sound flat. Rich blubber and fart.
  5. It's not logical to compare different set ups, to a point. Even two supposed identical set ups may need different jetting. That being said, have you done a plug chop or plug read? If so, what was the result?
  6. BTW, they're semi hand coned, if that makes sense.
  7. Sorry I couldn't edit title properly. Should have read Grayson. They came with a Banshee my son just got. Number 3 Has T-5 on it.
  8. What style/type of power band do they have. And don't tell me some kind of color, smart ass😼😄
  9. Amazon Prime instant shipping. But do they have JDS or JJ&A? NO Hard to ride with wadded panties
  10. Not mine, my nephew's East of Flint, Mi Reward for good info
  11. What exactly is the difference between off the shelf and "custom cut" domes?
  12. Soon for sale : two 18cc domes, great condition.😀
  13. Makes sense. Might be hard to re-set up in same lath on same day it was turned. Carpenter by trade, haven't fucked with a lath since H.S. metal shop, 50 yrs ago. So, what exactly is a costom cut done as oppesedto off the shelf?
  14. Is it worth, or can domes be re-cut? Old domes are 18cc (wtf?) Stock stroke. Never ran this engine. Thinking about going 4mil. Don't know if it makes any difference but I'm near Driveline. Haven't asked yet if they can/will do it. What exactly is involved in getting custom cut domes?
  15. have never seen a wrist pin break. Pistons and pin bearings, yeah. If it was right side smoking you have bad crank seals. Wouldn't hurt to replace them anyways, peace of mind. Get yourself a Clymers repair manual. Look on side of cylinders for a number, Y1G or something like that. I wonder if you have junk chinese cylinders.
  16. There is a Mikuni pocket calculator. it calls for one jet size for every 20*f change from "perfect" jetting. achieving perfect jetting is almost an art. O.P. : It's safer to leave a horse or two in the barn than to push all of them back.
  17. Check that the pipe doesn't have a mouse neat
  18. Might depend on what you want to do with it. Personally I would ask Driveline for their recomendations. Are you close enough for them to Dyno it?
  19. Crank seals are cheap, a complete set of all seals is about$30. I could live with a leaky sprocket seal, but not crank.
  20. Ya, someone was selling arms that needed joints and figured the same thing. Plus, what about the pivot bearings? $$$
  21. 250 main sounds awful small. Check web page of pipe manufacturer for jetting. It will be for sea level and xx* temp. Compensate for your elevation & temps. You also have to add for porting, air filter, lid/no lid. Hope you don't have one of those junk eGay cylinders, or you WILL be doing another top end. Some have been known to only last hours, some barely past heat cycles. Do you know if the cylinder and head were retorqued after heat cycles? Very important on a Blasturd.
  22. What's a good gauge to use? Don't want/need Uber expensive, just better than the slime gauge from TSC.
  23. Speed is only limited by cubic 💰 What's your budget? Intended use?
