  1. I have been using type F in mine since 1988, no probs at all. I change it after every 2-3 dune trips, some are a week long.
  2. So does anyone play it on PC? Wife got it for me for xmas and I don't know anyone else that plays it on pc. I'm BdBanshee on MW2 also.
  3. Here's another vote for the Sandstars. They work great on the LT80, my son gets around a lot better than with the stock tires.
  4. I've got one also, $100 you pay for the shipping. Pic of frame
  5. I don't post much anymore, but still stop in an look around. Can't remember the year I joined but I know Meat has been here longer than I have. I still ride the same Banshee I bought new in 1988, has anyone else ridden the same Shee that long?
  6. I have a 1989 j-arm frame Powdercoated Silvervein for Sale for $150 .
  7. Yea, I haven't been on here in a long time. I used to lighten flywheels on a weekly basis, but the 450 4 strokes came out and demand eventually dropped off to nothing. If the flywheel you have is bent or warped from the jaw puller, then it is junk. I still have my '88 Banshee, and still ride at Little Sahara whenever I get a chance. Spent a week over there last month for Spring break with the wife, kids, and friends. Haven't seen anybody I met thru this site in a long time. Well, I do see Troy and his boys from Haysville KS about once a year over there. Probably going to go over a week or two after Memorial day weekend and throw some sand. I'm going to try and visit here more often! Ron.
  8. I have a nice J-arm frame for sale powdercoated silvervein, 1st $200 can have it, plus shipping. No cracks, only been ridden at the dunes.
  9. Try moving them back a short ways with some chrome exhaust tips. Just cut the ends off until they are like 6" long.
  10. I have a nice 1989 frame powdercoated silvervein that I'll take $250 plus shipping. It was only ridden in the dunes so it's in very good shape. Powdercoating is just starting to wear thru on the sides of the frame where my riding boots rubbed. The place that does my PC does frames for about $100 so I could get it redone before shipping.
  11. I drove up it last summer, but have never been to the race. Really cool road too. Have fun.
  12. Have it TIG welded without adding any metal.
  13. You can easily round the peaks of the star, but you will need a vertical milling machine and a carbide end mill to backcut the neutral detent. Shift star Neutral Backcut
  14. Reed spacer and or have a plate welded across the drain plug hole.
  15. 1994, but it is in very good shape.
  16. I have a Kawasaki 750SX jetski I would trade, but I'm in OK
  17. The Yamaha book says to set the gap .020"
  18. Nobody has a Blaster they would like to bolt on Banshee rear wheels, and make it 2" wider in the back?
  19. Troy, Looks like we will probably head over Wednesday night after work, get there about dark. If Cowboy has room I'll put my truck in an empty space for you. I'm itching for some sand!
  20. I have a set of 1" per side billet spacers for the rear of a Yamaha Blaster. These are in Excellent shape and will allow you to run Banshee 4/115 bolt pattern wheels on the Blaster when installed. All hardware is included and install is a snap. $50 plus shipping. E-mail BdBanshee@yahoo.com
  21. What happened to your '88 Banshee? BTW, I'm still planning on going over on Thursday the 1st. When are you guy's planning on arriving? I will have my old '88, my wifes '90, a yellow LT80, and the new addition a '01 Blaster.
  22. Yep, already have a set. Thanks.
  23. Yea, they are the small pattern for the Banshee. Send pics to BdBanshee@yahoo.com
  24. I need a good set of 4 x115 pattern Banshee hubs, with tight splines and good threads.
