What do you eat for energy before lifting weights?

Simple carbs like fruits juices Ect and protein. You must wait at least 30 min after eating. I usually wait a hr. Simple carbs produce a energy spike. I usually have 7oz meat 3 cups apple juice and a banana. Edited by bluebanshee98
