its good that your looking for everyones best interest, just keep in mind right now is the time of year that your not going to get quick turn arounds. this is when EVERYONE is sending shit out to get rebuilt. my motor has been gone for a while now too. businesses get jammedup man, you just got o have faith in them. you felt confinent when you went with them, dont let this one thing turn you away. for all you now hat thing is going to be a monster once you get it back.

It always sucks waiting 2-3 times longer for things than originally quoted, though  Most builders are not planners or schedulers and usually aire to the most optimistic dates for some reason (business?). Hopefully it will run so good when you get it back that all this waiting will seem nothing more than a little wrinkle in the space/time continuum. :starwars: Life goes on, at least no one shot your dog.....

This is the bussy season and things tend to get clusterfucked. Im sure RB Racing doesnt just tear through a pair of cyls and send them back to people. He takes his time and makes sure things are done rite. Phone calls about how your pissed and waiting just holds things up even more.

I do understand your frustrations believe me. It does suck to not be able to ride because you were told a month and it turned into a couple months but when you get them back Im sure you will forget all about the wait and be happy as hell.

I called them months ago and told them I wanted the agressive dune port on my play bike and they told me that thwy would call me back in 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks went by and nothing, so I called them a bunch of times days apart and they never answered or called me back. And after hearing this, Im not going to have them do my cylinders anymore

i sent mine to him when he went on vacation for a week, even after that the total turn around time was 2 1/2 weeks back in late feb., i think hes a great guy to deal with and does awesome work

Rob did my head and cylinders a couple of months back and the time he stated was dead on. I dropped them off in early March and he said I would have them in 3-4 weeks and he emailed me almost to the day to let me know they were done. I was pretty happy with his communication and up front honesty. Like everyone is saying, this time of year things get screwed up with so much work. Try emailing him, he's machone here on the HQ.

Relax man and be patient. You will be very very satisfied with your cylinders, I promise! Hes a great guy to deal with, what port did u get by the way??

First off I would like to say that R&B racing did my portwork and i had my cylinders back and in hand in 2 weeks just as i was quoted. The thing rips ...... just be patient im sure he has his hands full just like every builder this time of year

ry emailing him, he's machone here on the HQ.

Actually...it's machwon

I'm sure there is a good explanation....as said, every builder is knee deep.

However, communication is key....

Try PMing him on the board, I haven't talked to him in a while...but, he normally returned my PMs within a few days...

He's a one man crew...so, that's building, ordering, phones....etc. Most of your builders are one man crews...if they're lucky, they have a helper (normally a wife, girlfriend....or for the lucky guys...BOTH...LOL) and busy time is hard to manage....

i got my stuff from him too. he was done before i was even ready for them to come back. i got the agressive dune port, and a 4mm stroker crank and pistons and custom domes. i think im going to pee on myself when i take it out for a ride..just waiting for a new alum air box my 35 pwk's was not playing nice with the stock box..even after i bought the big boots. don

^^^^ this is true. As difficult as it is, just be patient. He's a good guy who does great work. Give him a chance.......you'll be happy!
