  1. I have a really bad exhaus leak and I just put new o-rings on the exhaust and its still leaking gas/oil all over the place... does anyone know what could be causing this?
  2. I rebuilt my banshee last night only to realize that my gasket kit did not come with the radiator hose gasket on the back on the head. My questsion is, is there anything I can do to so I can ride tomorrow? Ive already called the 4 closest dealers and no one has them instock

  5. ive never raced a 450, but i did race a crf 250r. those bikes run very well also but i did edge him out on a roll in 2nd.... also i raced a 97 xr 600 a few weeks ago and edged it out also, but not by much at all... and these runs were on pavement

  7. Well im in some need of carbs, i have been putting it off now for some time and i am looking for some more power, what size do you guys recommend? or how would a 2 into 1 do? my mods are in sig ps im going back to the pods also, would these and the carb switch be a noticeable gain?

I have an 02 warrior up for sale, no pics because it is over 150 miles away at my parents house, i can get them soon... its blue in color all stock maxxis razr tires handguards it has low hours and is in great shape no certificate of origin, burnt up in house fire but will come with a notorized bos 2200 obo can meet up to 150 miles, but prefer pickup.. bike is located in southeastern ky, zip 41862

  12. 03 black banshee, title in hand, ridden 1 time since memorial day and i have absolutely no time to ride it anymore, outdated pics in sig from last yr. Its in very good condition and it could use a new set of tires (stock tires are still on it) the needle needs to be fine tuned, and maybe some different pipes to benefit the port asking 3200 OBO
  13. im thinking about putting the pods back on and i was looking for some info, what do you guys think my jetting should be at with these, right now im at a 370 main jet and its a tad rich, my mods are in sig and the temp right now is around 90
  14. since my pro circuits are starting to make my quad look like crap from all the rust spots on them, i was wondering if anyone has painted them with header paint, would it even stick to the nickel plated pipes? or could i sand them down and then paint them, if anyone has ever tried this, just let me know

  20. im thinking about selling my shee, its just too hard to handle on the trails i ride on, it has around 25-30 hrs on the rebuild, dune ported by rb racing .20 over wiseco pro lites pro circuit pipes uni filter k&n pods (not installed) tusk clutch adj timing plate .30 off the head 14 and 15t front sprockets pro design intakes (not installed) it will be a week or so b4 i can get up to date pics, but one is in my sig for you to get an idea, it has normal scratches from riding, never been rolled or wrecked, things it needs: 1 rubber piece under the seat so the seat on slide from side to side, needs new tires, and the needle needs to be adjusted a lil better, and could use a set of new pipes because the pc's were used and are showing age from rust, i have all stock parts with this quad that will go with it asking 3800 OBO

Before i call an order a fast clutch, i was wondering if you guys think mine is shot, or just out of adjustment, i put a tusk clutch and springs in bike back in march, and it has around 10 hrs on the clutch, i cant tear my bike down right now cuz its at my parents house, but im ready to do some riding this weekend and i want it fixed... The clutch slips horrible on the pavement, if the powerband just starts to come on it will rev to the moon and just pull enough to keep me going, i noticed the arrows do not line up now on the adjuster marks, and the oil smells like someone torched it, so do you guys think its just out of adjustment, or should i call jeff right now and order a clutch so i can get it installed friday evening
  22. RB racing, it used to be 175 big ones for either trail or dune, i got the dune and it rocks!
  23. well i smoked the clutch by really giving it a workout, i had to slip it for a few minutes because i was going a rough mountain in 1st gear, and the basket and everything looked good when i put it in, no shavings or anything in the old oil, but i will tear it down this weekend and check everything, and also i used 3 hd springs and 3 stock ones with the tusk

Well i put a tusk clutch kit in about 6 weeks ago, the clutch had around 15hrs on it and about 17hrs on the rebuild, it took 2 hrs for the stock clutch to give out to the new rebuild, well my tusk went out yesterday, its pretty much gone and i need a new one, is the barnett or the hinson pretty good, or should i just go with jeff's?
