Take the heat gun, turn it on and hold it a few inches away from the white mark. After a few seconds, you'll see the plastics start to blend the blue into the white stress mark. Use a sweeping motion and be sure not to hold it in one spot for too long, or you'll melt the plastic. It's not hard at all, and does make a noticeable difference. You may not be able to get them all out, but should be able to make them less obvious.

The blue factory plastics are probably the worst offenders for getting these stress marks. They always look like hell from them.
