What are my chances?

I want to race an 1/8 mile against a 2004 Yamaha R6 (600cc bullet bike) If I don't lose traction, how do you think it will turn out? Mods in sig. I run about 65hp, he runs about 140hp.

youre gonna lose. my cbr600f4i ran like 75 in first gear. im guessing he might get to 3rd gear in the eighth and youll be pretty far behind..

I dont think you have big chances.Try and turn of his gas when hes not looking.That might help you if your lucky.

only way you have a chance is if something on his bike breaks or he is just a total and complete moron that doesn't know how to ride. other than that that bike is going to hand you your ass!!!!

race him in 300 feet ,hope he is sleeping at the light and gets squirrely on take off and yo umight have a chance ,even if yo ucould accelerate at the same rate(you wont) ..he only needs to shift once ...you ll be going through every gear you have and hanging like a monkey over the handlebars.

yeah you will probably lose.I had a 04 r6 and it ran 7.3's in the 1/8 th and my 06 'shee"see sig" ran 6.2's in the 1/8 th

Yeah to bad he can't turn it off.No fuel valve on 04 r6's

Agreed. This plan of action will work best for the desired outcome. At the end You can just laugh it up with your riding buddy's and friend's for years to come.
