ok, i just got back form buying belray 80w

I need to change the oil on my shee. I have been using belray 80w. I have some honda 20-40 racing 4 stroke oil from another bike i have. Would this be ok? I can get the bel ray i just have the honda oil sitting on my shelf. Thanks for the imput :biggrin:

This is not for a banshee but for a 660r raptor. It has just a foam filter on it that is pretty dirty. Im going to clean it, but when im done do i need to oil it? and if so what do i use to oil it? sorry for the dumb question.

sorry to bring this back up. Now if i did the 15t front sprocket how much would this help? Would i loose low end power for trails? Also how do i lighten the flywheel? anything that is cheap and would help out i will do.

would it be worth upgrading to bigger carbs. Im looking for i guess more topend power. for drag racing. would 33mm carbs help out? and if so how much?

thats what i was thinking, i was just hoping there would be some other bolt on i was not awasre of. If i do the porting do i need to change anything else? Also how much porting? Do i just bring the head to a machine shop?

My bike already has a little bit done to it as you can see in my sig. I am wanting to go a little faster. Nothing extreme. I raced a few bikes today. The closest one was a piped honda 450. I didnt talk to the guy but i know it had a pipe. I still won but it was close. We were even until i got in 6th then i pulled like a half a bike on him. Anything i could do to mine just to give it a little speed? I have stock carbs. I was thinking maybe a 1 into 2 carb? Just want to hear what you guys think. Dont really want to tear into the motor. i had the exact same prob. Some one on here told me to do this and it worked for me. I turn my gas on 5 min before i go to start it. Always starts on about 3 kick now. Before i had to kick it about 200 times or spray starting fluid in there. Hope this helps :beer:

I had a tt225 when i was 15 or so. Good bike to learn on. Why not by here a quad. If i were teaching my gf i would be afriad she would fall on a dirt bike. You could get like a 300ex or something.
