P.P. I belive it's "Puppy Power" :rotflmao: Just kidding, I would almost bet that it's a home made port job, the grinding look's like SHIT!!! banghead

I've had porting done on my 88 TRX 250R, and who ever did the port job on those Shee Cill's was rough on grinding...

Make's you wonder if they even used a flow bench to see how good they flow??? Sorry I can't help you out more...

Did you ever get to see how they worked, when it was running???

i agree,it probally ran decent.roughness in intake area is good as long as there are no loose burrs to break off and get into motor.

the intake doesn t matter as much as the transfers and exhaust.if those intakes were bead blasted they would look half decent.looks can be decieving,if anyone was around years ago for that whole all pro cycles fiasco, they would remember brians butcher job of a set of my friends jugs.they looked like an abortion performed by ray charles.they were 65 hp on 93 octane pump gas and ran like a raped ape all day long every day we rode. lasted over 2 years on the same pistons and rings.the only reason the motor came apart was because i bought the bike and parted it out.

That looks similar to one of my home-done port jobs! Ha Ha Ha  Mine ran alright, but I've def. done some better home port jobs than the one that looked like that.

It looks like the jackass welded a hole in the piston, then grinded it on the top. It ran long enough to sell it to some poor guy, but thats it !

Talk about a cheap ass. I think he burnt a hole in the piston and then welded it back up and smoothed it out. I guess if you are good enough then go for it. Wow that is funny shit. How about presion porting in the oc.
