locogato11283
hmm on the dirt are you not getting traction? what gear are you tryin them in??
ellison445
Funny, Mine pops up 1st-4th in dirt and 1st-3rd in sand when I was running stock gearing What kind of tires are you using?
Banchetta
The higher the gears the easier the wheelies. It kills that quick snap and broadens the speed in one gear...I run a 16/42 gear w/ the midrange pipes and 15/41 w/ the high rev pipes...this is for dirt or sand. Run a -2 swingarm for the dirt. Traction is terrible w/ the stock swingarm on dirt..handling is greatly improved as well.
blueshee03
hmmm ,i've had mine ride the wheelie bar hard in 1-3 and pop up in 4th and 5 th gear with a 15 - 37 in the dirt.
GleasmJA
Are you trying to wheelie right of the get go. Or are you hitting powerband and trying to wheelie. I can get mine up.."clean minds" in 1-3 with a +2 swinger on dirt. Running stock 250R tires... otshu (spelling) tires. HUH???
Bansh88
Sounds like the making of some great riding!

MYquadsFaster
do your tires have tread on them, i couldnt do wheelies on dirt or grass with my old tires then when i switched to holeshot i couldnt keep the front down
1000dollabill
this is looking like a post off of stuntlife. scoop up a fatty at the local burger joint, put her on the back, and try to keep the front end down.
05TWIN
Mine will stand up from 1st through 4th with the shitty stock rears and stock gearing. My buddy and I looked at one last summer that had a 13 tooth on it and it didn't wheelie. We thought the clutch was slipping test driving it on blacktop. I noticed while he was riding that it was actually smoking the tires every time he shifted with 18 in. Razrs.
BigRed350x
If you want to wheelie like crazy go smaller in front and bigger in the rear. This will give you the feeling of more power and make wheelies easier. I can do a wheelie through 3rd gear pretty easy with 13x40. With 13x43 it is a LOT easier. Bansheeduner02
go with a 13 or 12 tooth in the front for more torque
banshee tuner
The front comes up easier on mine with stock gearing but 15-41 smoothes it out where I can hold it up longer.
2003LimitedBanshee
Yeah, from what I've found I can pop the front end up very easily with my 13 tooth... But, you have to work to keep the balance right and ride it out. The 13 tooth makes it more "jerky", so the front end pulls up more abruptly.
