  1. stock overflow hoses route right above the pipes and when the motor gets hot it purges some of the coolant out and when it does that it dripps on the pipes thus causing and smoke in the front of the bike. its perfectly normal
  2. they probably unplugged the key or something to do with the tors so just get a manual and find out with wiring you are missing by looking at the wiring diagram.
  3. Shifting?? try your cam or the forks but other than that the only other thing would be something to do with your clutch.
  4. ims / roll design pegs are one of the best in my opinion. long life and there demensions are great
  5. good luck with that 450 shock. if u want it to sit higher dont get a yfz shock they sag more and make it sit lower. go with a 250 r shock or a raptor. with a little bit of moding to the linkage it should fit u may have to shave a bit off the shock too.

  10. ALright Im Getting a 5mm crank with a 4mm longer stroke and i going to have to get any type of spacer or anything so the pistons dont hit the head or anything like that?

  13. stripping? well first take everything off and when u do make sure to bag and mark what the parts are and where they go. for motor mods i did: shift cam-120 stroker kit-800 porting-400 stator and timing plate-200 some pipes and dual k&ns-1000 thats just some of the bigger stuff. then the bling cost about another 500 for: stator cover clutch cover waterpump cover brake block off some new levers hide-a-key etc.
  14. porting is the best for your buck. adjustable timing plate. take a scotch brite cloth and smooth out the insides of ur carbs then get some polish in there and then wipe it dry and it will help deliver fuel faster.

  17. hmm what about a stock cylinder 4mm stroker? about a 403cc bike im thinking +2 at the most.
  18. definitally advance your timing. itll make you hit your power band way quicker and for better responce i say get some reed spacers. cool head is alright but not that much of a noticably difference to a novice rider but anything 20cc and above your can run pump gas in.
  19. yeah the only thing i can think of is your carbs need a good cleaning or your rings are blown so you dont have enough compression to suck the gas into the intake ports and cylinders. try cleaning the carbs then if that doesnt work check your rings and pistons.
  20. dude its way easy just get a manual if u dont know what u are doing to refrence from.
  21. if u have stock carbs with the tors then its the knobs on the top that are about the size of a nickle just turn them and it adjusts the idle.
  22. Hey im getting the cub cylinders and a 5mm crank with a 4mm longer stroke would i really need a longer swingarm i was thinking about a +1 or something cuz its going to be a desert racing bike and a duner. any ideas?
  23. just talk to some guy at the local parts store and get some they should no matter what plus if they are a little tight it will provide a good seal.
  24. running to rich so yeah check your airscrews and play with them a little untill it idles
  25. half of the wires on your stator are strictly for your igniton coil and the others for your lights and cdi so if he stepped on one for your igniton coil then thats probably why so best bet is to get a new stator
