dogboystoy
No offense , but if you are worried about gas money on a banshee, you should have got a 4 stroke. thats the last of my worries, small price to pay for a good time. locogato11283
porting absolutely will not improve mileage..porting requires jetting up which will in turn use more fuel...the best way to get better mileage would be to ride a totally stock banshee... Bansh88
Better Mileage?! Ride slower! I'm with Dogboy. Turn in your truck and get a Geo while you're at it.
BigRed350x
Ride at really high altitude so you have to go in jet sizes, thus using less fuel.
Wallrat
Its easy. Just seal off 90% of your intakes with some bondo or something. Then rejet cuz your gonna be super rich. Once you get the jetting dialed in you'll have about the same mileage as a 250ex... ...and the same power. Seriously man, if you were having a problem with always having to fill up I'd tell ya to get a different tank. But using too much gas? I think the only good cure for that is a penisplasty. sycoracer911
alright guys i am considering getting a 4 stroke but i love the feel and power of the banshee... only problem is with gas 3 bucks a gal and oil freakin 10 bucks a quart.... thats almost 5 bucks a gal.... running thrw 10 gals in one weekend... its getting pritty expensive.... idk... i guess the only way to save gas is to ride less.... PUSH THE THROTTLE
I'm working on a flux capacitor like they will be using on the 2009 Banshee, I've pretty well got the design nailed but I need to shave a few ounces here and there.
