This for instance hypatheticaly, I was thinking of, Ill call it "Video Team" of five people more or less. They make a lay out of the video. They want members to send in Shots of drags, jumps ,races crashes, Funny stuff, tit shots or a crazy shit etc. They would each recieve videos that were sent in from the members, Each would review what they got sent and decide wich clips they thought were the best. Thust excluding shaky shots, wondering shots etc. Then review what they decided on with each other and make a decision. The members would have to decide what they want to send in Keeping it limited for the sake of the Team. If the Team needed more The Team could just post we need more of this kind of stuff. (I thought there would be someone on this site that has expeience with film and a wicked ass computer or a connect that could make it happen. ) Base the tape of what the memders want to see. Yes I thought about the quality, For marketing to the public it would help. Yeah that would be cool but I think we got to start small I was just thinking of an HQ riding tape. I dont own the HQ I wouldnt get no royalties maybe for the Idea but I doubt it. Everyone elses cut is just being in the tape. Example Would you rather watch WWE or Backyard wrestling thats done with video cams. Or would you rather watch Girls Gone Wild or Playboy or spice with the same girls getting fu@! the same ways (same quad riders doin the same quad tricks.) f*ck Mainstream. Quote

I'll have enough to buy a really good video camera + helemt cam + a helmet (no I don't own a helmet :[) Then I can do some crazy shit on my banshee and record it.. Just tell me where to send it... And tell me what you want to see.. I can do almost anything, Permitting I have a long enough straight and my tires are inflated right.. The Only thing i can't do is jumping.. No jumps around here unless you count the 2ft jump that's way back in the woods.. ROFL... And i can get some nice tit shots from some redneck girls that are toothless and need crack money.. Quote

loganskinner Posted July 12, 2005 Report Posted July 12, 2005 (edited) im in. ive got a few cameras. one of the little sony DVD cameras, and a few of the 8mm cams. i can definately get some great shit, and edit it down to what is worth watching so whoever puts the vid together wont have to deal with much editing. no matter what i do, its still going to look like a home video. but like Bigwill said, it doesnt have to be professional, just interesting. and i like bigwills idea of the tit shots too. i can edit video and burn and copy DVD's, no problem. im a little new to the editing thing, but im getting pretty good. dont know if you guys would want me to do it lol, but i dont mind trying. Most people will have poor quality video.....it would be the cameras fault and the INTERNET....not the rider or camerman. You have to render and compress videos to get them on the Interweb...thus giving low quality video. You would also have to specify what codec and what aspect ratio, frame rate, resolution and everything else. NOT to mention the audio encoding. IF you can get everyone using the same resolution and the same codecs.....you would be a little closer to making this happen. Then next part is getting the costs covered for the actual items....most likely someone will donate the time...maybe the dvd's. I have faith that it COULD work...but I wasn't getting the responses I needed to do so. Good Luck Quote
