alright guys, i got a damn speeding ticket so i need to sell some parts off of the 96 frame that i had sitting around for a little side project. i have: stock upper and lower A-arms spindles brakes, brake lines stock steering stem handle bars swingarm (WITHOUT BEARING CARRIER)if you buy the swinger, ill throw in the bearing carrier and an axle for free, the axle is straight, but the ends where the hubs go on, the teeth are kinda messed up. im sure some of you can fix that. radiator with hoses head airbox with a proflow kit(minus the filter) *****SOLD***** and a brakelight off of a 2004 shee. was taken off after like 2 weeks, looks good no scratches. c'mon guys i need some help here just make me an offer on some parts. i have paypal but will accept checks if you dont mind waiting for them to clear. if the SRT8 really has the 6.1L hemi in it. F the lexus get the dodge. i love the new chargers, and i dont really like the look of the lexus. but its your call man, the inside of the lexus is much nicer than the dodge.

i got this email from him after getting in yet another discussion about his VTwin banshee. "Acutally its called a TRINITY motor. some sets come in V twin for more compression just in case you didnt know." i dont know if hes trying to tell me that some of the Banshee stock motors come in V twin for better compression, or if the trinity sets come in v twin for better compression... either way.

so i was going to post this argument a while back but i forgot. a guy sat there and told me that his banshee came from the yamaha factory with a 350 V-twin motor. here is my best recollection of the conversation. this is pretty much the highlights from it, there was more bickering back and forth, but youll get the idea. me: oh you ride? i have a banshee, what do you ride. him: oh cool i have a banshee too, well i have 2 but one is a stock 350 V-twin and the other has a Trinity 500 motor in it. me: oh thats cool. why did you put a v twin in a banshee frame? did you have an old harley layin around or something? him: naw i didnt put it in there, thats how they come, i thought you said you had one me: i do, i have 2 banshees but they sure as hell arent V-twins. they are just 350 TWIN motors. thats what yamaha puts in them. 2 cylinders, side by side. him: no they are V-twins. it says it right on the side of them. '350 V-twin'. ill bet on it. me: ::thinking:: youre an idiot. me: well either way we should ride sometime, i just moved here from Florida and i dont know any good places to ride around. him: haha yea i thought you were from the south. you got funny accents and you talk real slow. me: yea well you got a funny accent and dont know shit about your banshees.

yea man you did the right thing. i just wish that i knew why it was just sitting there next to your camp. thats what would have confused me. whether it was a setup or someone just ran out of gas, they took a huge risk cause there arent a whole lot of people who would have done what you did. good job man.

haha or just move up here to Alaska. they honestly dont give a F what you do.you can ride on the roads where the posted speed limit is less than 50 MPH (i think) and ive ridden the shee to wal mart and parked up front by the entrance. never heard a word about it. its great.

ah theres a lot to do in St. pete. well at least there are beaches and fishing and whatnot. if you like partying at night, you can make the drive to Ybor city, there are a bunch of clubs and bars and stuff. its easy to find something to do there.

yea florida isnt to great on those laws either. we went to the ocala national forest to ride, and we got pulled over not 30 mins after being there. the ranger said that a helicopter saw us riding in a closed area, and that was worth a 100$ fine. i asked the guy to point out where it was that we were riding on the map because all of the "off limits" areas were shaded on the map. and of course where we had been was definately not marked on the map as being closed. those fuckers are just lookin for more ways to make money. that ranger could have let us off with a warning, and we wouldnt have ever gone back there and he knows it. ass.

ive got one. got it off of my cousin when he got pissed cause it wouldnt start... turned out to just need the tiny ass carb cleaned out. it does around 40, and with my fat ass on it, thats gettin along pretty good.

well today was the first time that ive seen the new suzuki 450 in Dirtwheels, and it looks alright. fuel injected, full 450cc's, center exhaust. didnt get a chance to read the whole article before i left the house, anyone else seen it? anything really that special about it?

hell i just like how the article says that the police are pointing fingers because they dont know whos fault it was. and if the stunts we SOOO dangerous, and people didnt think you should have been doing them, somone would have stopped you from doing them, not just watched. like was said earlier, its all fun and games til you hit the old lady in the chair.

haha yea im bringin the shee. man during the summer its daylight outside for like 21 hours out of the day, and that equals A LOT of riding time. plus its like 75 degrees all damn day. nice. then during the winter its dark 21 hours out of the day and its friggin -60 degrees , and that equals stayin my ass in the house.

im packin up and headed north... way north. to Fairbanks, Alaska. i havent heard of anyone on the site being from there, so its probably gonna get pretty lonely unless i can find some shee owners there. Any body know of anyone from there? haha im moving 4000 miles away and my biggest worry is that i wont have anyone to ride with. logan.

so im looking for another small mod for the shee, and i got to thinking, i just replaced whole ignition system on my 3000gt, and with a little tuning, i got a good bit of horsepower. so my question is, do new ignition systems for the shee really make all that much difference?are they worth the money if mine still works fine? sorry if its a dumb question, but ive never really delt with the banshee ignition and timing.
