^^ did you also check the tip on gauge is correct length, need to be close to same length as spark plug. El cheepo compression tester can give false readings. As mention above leak down test, spay soapy water over engine to look for leaks if engine does not hold 6psi for required time.

Not the most expensive compression tester just screws into the spark plug so if I spray soapy water all over the engine to look for leaks do I kick it over to build up pressure. First time having a problem with a rebuilt Like this

No, 2 Completely separate tests. you have to plug your exhaust, plug your intakes & pump up with a pump to test... Do you have access to another compression gauge. I'd start there

If you can try to get a better tester. Fist off build yourself a leak down tester you can get all the stuff at hardware store or buy one from flea bay. You use a bike tire pump to bring pressure up to 6psi and watch gauge to see if leaking. If it drops pressure then spray down engine to look to leaks.
Compression test after leak down. A leakdown will help point you in the right direction

Thank you everyone I am going to take the engine out of the bike this weekend and do the pressure test thank you everyone for your information and guidance I will let you know how I make out. The whole bike is brand new front to back top to bottom left to right wiring carburetors everything I’m hoping that with your information and guiding so I could get this running. Thanks again
