However, Tyler hit the nail on the head with the "cf is a waste of money, there are Ti and aulm opinions that yield nearly the same weight loss with far less risk and money" or something similar to that. CF has its place, it's cool shit, but for something like tricked is doing its really hard to fathom the advantages over the cost.
