They are 10 for 2 years and are valid in ca,nv,or and maybe some others. No title needed and its all done online. Just need a vin or engine# from your bike. Edited February 2, 2016 by m671054 Quote

You could probably just call them and ask. There rules seem pretty lax. Get that new lonestar and it will have a frame # i would try that and see if it takes it. They just need something to verify the permit is assigned to that bike. Its not like its a title Quote
