  1. 37.5 pilot on stock carbs? Just checking. Also is your vito needle way longer?
  2. Any thought on front vs rear width?
  3. Anyone remember when roller bearings were the hot thing?
  4. Having issue with dyna cdi loses spark around 2k rpm. Only way i found this was testing spark while using a remote starter. I have confirmed issue is with the cdi as an oem cdi spark is normal. This model dyna has the input for the park brake switch/launch limit input Purple/white wire. Direction indicate grd activates this. It is currently not connected but i tried it grounded and no change to spark. I have also tried all 4 curves with no change. If someone has a dyna cdi could you check ohms between the purple/white wire and black wire on the cdi itself. Mine shows very slight continuity and im wondering if its shorted to grd internally causing rev limiting all time. Also if anyone has the programming cable and software they dont want anymore let me know.
  5. Whats it use for a head gasket? I didnt see oring grooves, but you mentioned an oring on oring seal not working plus i see three bond in the water jackets.

    RAD axle hub

99% sure they are opposite threads and they constantly tighten against the taper. I destroyed the brake hub every time i took it apart. Good luck
  7. Look up john whitehurst on fb. He was building and selling triple ignitions not that long ago. They use a banshee flywheel hub welded into a machz flywheel. Or you can do msd. I think tim bond tried some different crank phasing but maybe that was 4 cylinder stuff.
  8. What head do you have? There are 4 different heads for a cheetah that i know of. You might not be able to get domes for what you have. Maybe your squish is tight and you could recut your existing domes? I have found that some builders will not cut domes unless they built the motor. One is very popular here. Noss is very helpfull and fast service.
  9. I assume your carb vents are connected to the plenum. You think boost pressure could hold the needle closed under full boost?
  10. I just went though something similar on a dirtbike with a 36pwk. Crappy idle but also accell stumble. Tried tons of pilots, needles, and pj(was pwk with electric pj) seems to have been the oring between the carb body and the jet tower. It seems to seal the fuel circuit passages. Im guessing poor signal causes the issue. Only place i found replacement was jetsrus. Used reg phillips screws on reassembly
  11. Does the carb body have a removable tower that the jets screw into. Has like 2 tamperproof screws?
  12. How old are the carbs? You've already ruled out an air leak?
  13. you should build one yourself before comenting on how easy it is. But since it so simple how much oil do you add? Whats the ifp setting? Whats the nitrogen pressure? How do you remove the outer sealhead circlip? These are basics you must know before you can even start on shim stack adjustments. Based off the fact the op did not ask any of these questions tells be it beyond his skill set
  14. Not quite that easy on a stock banshee rear. They have a ring on each side of the seal head if they have not been rebuilt before. Makes disassembly tricky.
  15. Google jason menz. He knows his shit. That mtr will be competative with 90% of 421cc mtrs
  16. Yes precision porting is machado in stockton. Also forgot about swedetech in lodi or elkgrove. Not sure how busy they are with kart stuff right now.
  17. Camatv might be able to help, if you find a trans check adrenaline (sac area) or precision porting (stockton) for bore/port work. Mac daddy racing advertises fast turn around also.
  18. Doubtfull someone is letting one go but who knows. Looking for 1 48mm cyclone single inlet set up for pump would be ideal. Lmk what you have
  19. Last i checked in he was not doing oem rewinds. Only a high output core due to pole spacing.
  20. I got the same treatment asking about a lightweight stock look alike frame.
  21. Pictures of rod beams. Most likely your gonna end up sending it to crankworks though. Rods are most likely modded stock rods for some other application.
  22. Wrong. These are way more interesting. (If the link works)
  23. Largest cheetah ive heard of was 74 stroke 74.5 bore. I think the 48mm flange is on the 64 stroke cheetah on up but not 100 on that Large dm cc is off in the first post Cp 48 and 53 flanges have orings on them, my twister flanges were smooth requiring pipes to have the orings. So dm and twister pipes dont interchange. Someone else confirm that plz
