I've used Naval Jelly in the past with good success.

Like said above, WD40 and PB Blaster work good too.

Get some #0000 steel wool and buff it out.

It will not scratch the finish.

I use Never Dull to Polish or Mothers and a Power Ball.

I used #0000 and some nickel polish on my fmf pipes to get the rust and they were pretty bad when I bought them and now they have a nice shine to them, no mirror finish though.

Oh right, like that won't leave you stickier then a cheap hooker at a gang bang.

worked for me, obviously you clean an wash afterwards
