All little bullshit aside, it's not the worst case scenario I've seen.

 

The motor went together nice and fired right up. Seemed to rev out clean and run pretty decent.

 

I'd say he got the better end of the deal. That 250x thing was a pile.

 

Once all the little shit is fixed it should be a pretty nice play bike.
