Like Loco said, you want to cut behind the shock mount. I added some 1/4 plate on the outside and 1x2 boxed steel on the inside. Hope this helps.

I have a shortened stocker that I raced on a couple years ago before switching to a roundhouse -1. I might as well sell it if you are interested since I probably won't ever use it. Powdercoated yellow.

ehhhh.... so u shorten it for racing on dirt? cuz on sand i have a 6in extended arm and 2nd gear take off and it will flip over backwords if i had one that short i deff would. So better traction on dirt?

sand hooks harder than dirt. its hard to find a dirt tire that will hook hard with higher hp motors, so a lot of people run a shortened swingarm. that moves the rear tires in closer so that more of your weight is sitting directly over them. this helps with traction.

ok makes since now. (ya with my extended swing arm i dont get shif for traction (take off in 4th gear no prob lol)
