  1. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? We need to have forum dedicated to these morons. Just to post the stories we have about them. God....that guy has NO BUSINESS working there. Did you ask him why there are other sizes of jets available for that carburator????
  2. DAMN IT! so close.......
  3. I think its a deep sea fish.
  4. I plan on sponsoring as soon as get some cash together. I have no problems PROUDLY advertising on BHQ. However, I did ask Mike about advertising on BT. Not a bad price, but I don't think I will now that I've kind of seen how things get done, both on the admin and member side. I'm sure there are a few decent members there, but after the few that have came here starting shit I don't think I'll support that site.
  5. That non compete clause can fuckin kill you. What is the time on the non compete? We had a guy we bought some machines off of 5 years ago (he was retiring) sign a non compete clause for 5 years. Hope he didn't sign an open ended contract. Oh, and the guy and his wife that did this need to have their noses super glued to each others asshole.
  6. Shit man. If you wanted to relocate some bums here you could, but only if we get to exchange 2 hippies, and 1 environmentalist for every bum you send us.
  7. Hockey, if I were you, I'd put at least the 1 3/4 quarts in it. I would rather have a little more oil than I need, that take a chance on the push rod and balls not having any oil on them. Granted, you don't want to dump much more than that in there, but I think in this situation a little more would do less damage, than not enough.
  8. Damn LUCKY!!!!!!!! I was happy to see that it didn't get chewed up in your primary gears, or chew up your primary gears, or get sucked into the tranny oil port for that matter.
  9. Thats what happened to me. When you kick the gear, it slides on a curved spline. As it moves there is a point where your kick starter hits the hard stop on the peg, and the gear is engaged. Mine was timed wrong, and would actually go past the ring gear on the clutch, and then get jambed against it on the way back. If you don't have a Clymers manual I would suggest getting one. This is in there, and it says exactly how to put this thing back in.
  10. LOL He's probably stressed over the $300 he just dropped on a CDI. Check the coil. It could be just that, that is, if you didn't replace it. I'm not sure on the ohmages, check with a Clymer manual ASAP!!
  11. I found what I was looking for. Apparently the Mach IV is/was called the Kawasaki H2 Mach IV
  12. Where did I get Mach IV from??? I've thought that for as long as I've been on this site??????
  13. I thought those Kawi triples were called Mach IV.
  14. The Darkness MUSIC is pretty good, but damn...they LOOK and SING like the result of AC/DC and Queen having some sort of unholy union. Music: Spine Shank MudVayne Drowning Pool SlipKnot GodSmack Disturbed The Crystal Method Black Label Society 3 Days Grace Cold Dirty Vegas Anything Dr. Dre/Snoop Dogg Eminem Stone Sour Ludakris Static-X Korn Saliva Tool/Perfect Circle Basically anything in the "angry" genre.
  15. WOW..thats good. The other games in that town must be real assholes. We compared again yesterday (damn salesmen won't leave us alone.) Their prices here are almost as high as Lowes. Oh, and they had a nice $3,500 swamp cooler for our shop, and a $2,000 tool box they could bring by so we could check them out. ok........ The only thing we did buy from them was our Norton grinding wheels. Its a 16" wheel with an 8 " balancer. We knew we were going to have to have them made, so we gave Fastenal a call. They are $3.00 more than the next guy, so when you are talking $350 per wheel, 2 wheel minimum, it didn't really matter, and this kid looked like he was going to starve to death at any minute.
  16. I had AT&T until I used Fixitrod's phone at Dumont. Mine had one or 2 bars of service, and as soon as I would dial, it would just beep at me. I used his, first call went through. No problems. Then on the way home, I tried to call my wife, I passed a cell tower and thought WOW THIS IS GONNA BE PERFECT, well, I went over a little crest in the road, NO SERVICE!!!! I didn't have enough reception until Vegas to make a damned call. When I picked up my new Verizon phone last week, I check the guys map he has. Dumont has a few blank spots, and there are a few places in Idaho, and thats about it. I'm going to see if I get service at Sand Mountain. Some phones do, and some don't, but none of mine ever have. THANKS FIXITROD!!!!!!!
  17. Yeah, send them back. Its the right thing to do. Oh but first, wrap some cod and cocktail shrimp up in some news paper and leave it in the back of your truck for a few days, and then send it with his a arms. Just wrap the a arms and shrimp up in plastic so UPS don't get pissed.
  18. Well, there are plenty of places to work. 7-11 is always hiring. I just hope he don't pull that "I can't live on $7.00/hr" shit.
  19. Ya know, I've had the exact same thing happen to me. 'UH is this part it?" NO!!!! JESUS!!! They have ME look on the microfische to tell THEM which part I'm looking for!!!!! Last time it was a FRONT MASTER CYLINDER REBUILD KIT pretty simple once you stop looking in the carburators for it. Once I told them I need the rubber stopper things for the seat. UH WHAT YEAR IS IT FOR??? BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA "Its for a '98!!" Then they come out with the rubber things that the stock pipes sit against on the frame. I had the sales person quote the price for the rebuild kit I mentioned at the top here....she gave me their cost price instead of what they sell for, after she quoted me a BRAND NEW MASTER CYLINDER (took a minute to get her in the right direction). So when I went to pick it up I was happy it was so cheap. Then it rang up at over $30.00. ....the price tag said $28.00 and some change, so I knew what happened. I don't know what to think....I hope I can open my own Yamaha dealership one day.
  20. I've only ridden stock, CR high, and CR low. The pull back isn't as much on the CR bars, they are lower, and wider. I just like the feel of it. It feels more natural to me.
  21. HAHA I'm a pro, because up until last month, my banshee was in boxes.
  22. I got the CR lowbend because I liked the lower, wider "stance" on the bars. It will give me more leverage due to the width, and I'll be placed more forward on the bike rather than sitting up right like I'm a 70 year old woman riding a beach cruiser bicycle.
  23. I think Got1Banshee caught his arm on fire with them once.
  24. I thought the seller asking for you to send money through a wire transfer service was not only against EBay policy BUT THE FIRST HINT THAT ITS A SCAM!!!! Damn sorry to hear about this, and I hope you can recover something. There are some guys on this board from the UK, maybe they can find out something for you.
  25. Ben, I sure hope your company paid for those through Fastenal. I don't know about NM, but here, the fuckers jack everything up alot. I priced my fasteners that I use for my billet through them just to compare to my local supplier. They were over 5x the price on almost everything, but most things I wanted in Stainless, they couldn't get. Just FYI.
