you are gonna be pretty wide in the rear. the baja rims are 9 inches wise as opposed to your stock 8 inch ones. they do make your rear end look really wide. i have a set of those on my yfz450 with the same offset you are getting and it looks really wide. i have a set on front as well. the rear end is a couple inches wider than the front. i know this doesnt apply to your situation but just givin you some ideas. if your baja rims have the reinforcement ring on both sides you can always flip the rim inside out. if you have an adjustable axle you can get it to be as wide or narrow as you want. as for the front you are kinda limited. hope this helps. also i think your math is pretty close.

dude no matter what you do the elkas will out perform the works. i love my elkas. i ride the shit out of them and have never once bottomed them. hell i have never even adjusted them from the way i bought them over 2 years ago. you wont regret purchasing a set. if youre a rec rider just go with the non rezzies. if you race mx get some rezzies.

is the cannibal the 400? if so i raced one and it was slower than shit. i was at the hillclimb one day and this dude wanted to race against my predator with his 400 cannondale. he was talkin it up pretty bad. so we raced and it was absolutely no contest. also this is definetely in the wrong forum, later.

you guys all have good points and i agree with a lot of them. i know its the person's own choice to do these drugs. my friends that did them turned into heavy drug users. they started out on weed and ended up doing worse drugs than that. i dont want anyone to be pissed and i do understand where everyone is coming from. i just hate to hear about someone who started out on weed and ends up throwing their lives away because they get into heavier shit. again, no offense to anyone.

meat, i never imposed my will on him. i never once said he should stop or anything like that. its not my business what he does or what anyone else does for that matter. i agree that weed is a lot better choice than most drugs out there, i just think that none is better than all. its not going to affect me one way or another whether he does or not, unless he flies into my house or something, which i dont see happening. my intention wasnt to scold him but to just voice my opinion on the matter. as someone who has never taken drugs, i dont understand anything about them or why people take them. dont take anything i said as offensive, i have had quite a few friends who did some minor drugs in their day. i liked them fine, but just wished they made some better choices because they ended up being drop out losers. i just wouldnt wanna see a fellow banshee rider make a bad choice and end up like some of my used to be friends.

i agree. getting killed on a banshee isnt worth losing all your family and friends over. be sure to stop back in every now and then.

is taking drugs really worth all the hassle that comes along with it? it has to be a major inconvenience to flush your system all the time for drug tests. personally i hope you never have any passengers in your plane after you get your pilots license.

the newer diamond back stock lights work pretty good. they are alot brighter than the older ones with the dull lense. if i were to buy any id go for the newer ones. you can prolly find some on ebay for a reasonable price.

it can most certainly be done, but there are a few things that should be considered. will the frame be able to handle the power? do you have the skills needed to perform this transplant? do you have the time and money to do it? to me i dont think it would be worth it at all. however, if you have a ton of money and tons of time to spare hell go right ahead. you will definetely have a unique quad.

$49 is kinda rediculous for a piece that prolly costs them 49 cents to make. i hate dealerships.

i just extended my brothers swingarm 3 inches. i went to the local metal yard and bought some steel the same size as the factory side rails. i think it was 1 1/8" x 2". then i cut the swingarm right behind the rear cross brace. make sure when you cut these that the carrier is still on. i never took it out the whole time i extended the swingarm. it makes everything stay straighter. cut the 3" extensions and tacked them in. once you make sure everything is straight you can weld it all up. i recommend some more bracing as just adding those is doesnt make it very strong. i will get some pictures up here in just a little while for you.

just cuz it has new plastic doesnt mean its any faster. i think they should have done something with the motor. seems like a lost cause. with all the newer, quicker 4 strokes why would anyone buy an outdated warrior.

was you truck all the way in drive? sometimes they can slip out and hit neutral if you didnt get it all the way in. if its not doing it now at all then maybe thats what it was. as for it staying in 2nd gear that seems a little strange. if your speedo didnt work and the abs light came on maybe your trucks computer decided to be stupid for a minute. who knows. id say if it quit tho drive it and see if it does it anymore.

there are a few reasons for this. 1) dealerships are pushing people to buy 4 strokes knowing that one of these days 2 strokes will more than likely be offthe showroom floors. 2) people are ignorant. if they really think there is more maintenance in a 2 stroke than a 4 stroke they are wrong. have any fo these people priced a complete topend rebuild for a 4 stroke? its rediculous. you can rebuild a banshee topend for practically nothing. 3) no one wants their buddy to buy a banshee and spank their ass on the trails, at the hill or on the dragstrips.

i hate having the fuckin stomach flu on the 2 nicest days of the year so far. i was plannin on riding both days, but that went down the drain.

im no expert but i like mine. i wouldnt trade them for anything. i feel that i have a lot better throttle response with them. maybe the guy is wanting to port the stock cages or something. im sure that on the HQ everyone has mostly good things to say about v force reeds.

welcome to the HQ. first off the banshee is great for dunes and trails. if anyone ever says its a bad trail bike its because they dont wanna be behind you. i dont think the banshee will be too much for you. stick with it and you will learn to love it.

thats pretty sweet. id like to know how that works. i really wanna see some videos of one in action.
