450r has alot of torque and power but not much on top. i wouldnt wanna have to kick it all the time, that forward kicking is for the birds. they also feel really tall which i didnt like and the gas tank belongs on a crotch rocket.

www.eric-gorr.com for 250 bucks you can have yourself a badass machine. he does a really badass woods port thats got tons of low end and midrange. the power is smooth and very responsive. youll be very happy. id try some klaws for tires. t5s work great with that porting or even a stock engine. how u like ur QS arms? i love mine. they look sweet as hell.

flywheel side is 17mm and clutch side is prolly about 30mm. and yes make sure you use a flywheel puller. you can pick one up at a local shop usually for about 15 bucks. if you use an impact you dont need any holders either. the impact will buzz that shit right off.

go with a gorr woods port. its fuckin badass and only like 250 bucks. its got a ton of low and midrange power. my brother has got the woods port in his and its fast. itll also pull a high gear. he trail rides and hillclimbs most of the time with a 16 tooth up front. i would def go with gorr, you will not be disappointed. on yea, at the regional hillclimb event( missouri, kansas, minnesota, illinois, iowa and wisconsin) he took 3rd. he was right there behind me and another guy who have alot more than 250 bucks in our porting.
