you get too much power in that thing and the frame isnt gonna hold together. i would stay away from big bore singles. they vibrate too much for that frame..smooth revving 4 stroke or smaller single cylinder 2 stroke would be best.

im tryin to hold out until my chrome roll design shifter and brake lever get here...who knows how long thats gonna be..their shit is on backorder everywhere.

dealerships are worthless...my brother had some shit happen with his 2004 engine when he first got it and we took it down there cuz it was under warranty, or so we thought and they said the whole engine was fucked. all it needed was a top end rebuild cuz the shitty stock pistons broke apart. fuckin morons. dont listen to your dealership...

yea just give them a call. i ordered a bunch of shit from them a couple weeks ago and they were very helpful and easy to deal with. plus my shit showed up in like 3 days.

ac racing pro pegs with heal gaurd...they dont fit perfect but it doesnt take much to get them on there. i got mine from magic racing for 210 bucks. they usually have them in stock too..

i personally think those boost ports are worthless. i think you should have left the intake how it was. you do have a very good choice in pipes tho!

i can do them. ive extended them and done roundhouse carrier conversions. never shortened one but i know it wouldnt be any big deal. whatever you do i recommend doing some type of roundhouse carrier conversion..

$215 bucks for the carrier tube, carrier, brake plate, c clip, caliper spacers, pinch tubes, bolts and brake plate pivot nub. if you look up a few posts you can see one that i did on my own bike. i just did one for "itsmyforte" as well. stan(cotton eyed joe) shipped the parts to me and itsmyforte sent me his swinger. i recieved his swinger that day and it went back out to him the same day. pm me if you are interested in having this done and ill shoot you a price. if you can do it yourself then you are set..

the guy that does my shit charges 125 for a regular color frame and anywhere from 150 to 175 for the translucent colors. that includes sandblasting. the more shit i take to him the better deal i get.

yea i dont know about the single carb either. i think the reason hes runin such low gearing is because he is prolly runnin pretty much stock engine in mx. thatd prolly be the same thing id do too. id prolly want to have a bigger range of lower gears to choose from. how often you gonna hit 6th on a mx track?? for hillclimbing i run high gearing. the higher i can pull the better.
