  3. im using vf3's...i do know that 10mm cub is about the biggest you can go and still have efficient flow for the motor. any bigger and ive heard the reeds just wont flow enough. i think the cheetahs use a cr500 reed cage. and those are flippin huge.

  5. who did u hear this from? my 10mm cub has lasted me a dune trip, and 3 hillclimbs now with no issues..just wondering where that info is comin from so i can read about it. as far as price difference i think a lot depends on whether or not you already have a head, reeds, etc...
  6. 600 bucks for straight cuts??!!! where the hell are you buying your parts?? and i definetely do not agree with that at all. i would recommend putting straight cuts in a 4mm if u have the 385 bucks they cost from FAST. why add stress to your crank if you dont have to?

  8. sorry to burst your bubble but no way in hell you are gettin anywhere near 12k for that unless you get a blind retard to buy it. theres really nothing special about that bike. you can buy full blown drag bikes with $4,000 motors for 6K. i know here in missouri that banshee would go for maybe 4k tops. i bet u dont even get a bidder on it...

  11. dont even bother with the 7mm. just go straight to 10mm. you REALLY need a lock up and straight cut gears. as for your actual tranny, the over ride you have now will be fine.

  14. i have both and in dirt in a drag the 10mm puts a pretty good whoopin on the 4mm...i will have an even better comparison once my over ride for the 4mm gets cut. bikes are setup identical. rider weight is the same and experience is the same. ill let you know the results once the 4mm tranny is cut.

  20. shearers have an awesome top end with a hard hit but not much on botton. cpi should have more on the bottom and not so hard of a hit but will lose just a bit on top compared to shearers. rockets have a pretty strong bottom end not so hard of a hit and a top end that i feel is better than the cpi. (on a 4mm motor i had) grr inframes, who knows cuz i dont know anyone who has them but i bet theyll be pretty awesome. lrd and trinity are not really drag pipes so i wouldnt even worry about them. if you wanna go with a non-drag orientated pipe id go with t5s.
  21. yea no shit. i had some in mine that were really tight and didnt have much play and they were brand new. so i found some old ones that had a lot of play and spun really easy that made a little noise and threw those in...fuckin new parts are worthless...
