the worst part is going to be taking the stock head studs out. those PD are a pain in the ass since you have to dick with that shit. take your time, do it right. use some yamabond on the threads when you install the new ones. make sure you have some bearing grease or something to hold the o rings in place, otherwise sometimes theyll move around.
as for the timing plate.. youre gonna need the flywheel puller. its a simple swap. just make sure your woodruff key goes back in correctly.
