  1. just got done rebuilding motor went to fill up with antifreeze and started leaking where the bottom of the cylinders meets the top of the crank case on the right side have no clue why is a rubber gasket go there or is it the regular one
  2. well i did the search and only 19 topics showed up and none of them compared the two it list things like what should i mix my oil at so thats why i asked thanks for the other people tring to help i think ill stick with the klots if anyone can fine these hundreds of links show me the way ill read them to
  3. ive been useing klots for many yrs just started useing amsoil on the dirtbike it feels about the same as klots anybody tell a big difference with there shee
  4. hey i worked it out losened it up some and bent down a hair works fine thanks for the help

  6. no its in right with the way the indention on the arm is i dont think u could put it in backwards put it is faceing the right way

  8. yeah it wiggles bad its sitting right on top of the lever i thought when i put the air box back in it might light the carb up a little but it didnt help
  9. no still stock carbs that was going to be my next thing to do
  10. almost done with a bottom and top rebuild putting everthing back together put my cards on and the left one its bowl in to close to the clutch push lever and ideas how to mix or where i went wrong the push lever is all the way down and seated really hard to hold the clutch in thanks for any help
  11. you were right had the rod still out fixed it now and almost done with the whole thing cant wait to get it back out in the dirt thanks for the help
  12. yes when i put mine in it gave me more power thoughout the intire powerband i have a +4 hotrod great product i would just go 4 if you go more ull have to do more mods get them on ebay for about 350 dont be cheap buy a new one so you dont run into problems
  13. yes hotrod is the name brand of a aftermarket crank great product i have one in my shee and dirtbike hasnt let me down yet the stoker crank from hotrods website is about $650 i got mine from ebay for $350 weisco cranks are cheaper but not as strong dont be cheap or u might have to do another rebuild before u sould have anyother questons just ask and good luck with ur shee she will fly with a +4

REBUILDING DO TO A BROKE ROD TORN HALVES APART AND REPLACED CRANK WHEN PUTTING BACK TOGEITHER THE CLUTCH PUSH ROD WOULDNT GO ALL THE WAY DOWN DOES IT REST RIGHT ON THE TOP HALF OR DOES IT STICK UP SOME ITS ABOUT 2IN STICKING UP HOW CAN I FIX THIS WITHOUT TEARING IT APART AGAIN THANKS FOR ANY HELP
  15. im station in gulfport, ms and it is one of the few places that is below sea level my shee i just moved it down from ky it is above sea level havent ran it yet do to it locking up as soon as i tryed to start it im almost done rebuilding any idea about what size jetts
