This is very simple. Someone design the bracket and send it to JD and let him laser cut it. JD has laser cut all kinds of custom shit for me. Done deal.

I am thinking about getting into riding. I am trying to decide between a 2002 Honda 400EX, a 2007 Yamaha Raptor, a GasGas 300 and a 1991 Banshee. Which one should I get? Which one is the fastest? Which is best in the trails? Which one is easiest to get parts for? Which one would make me look the coolest? Which one can do 100MPH with pipes? Thanks for the info.

Yes, they are the Honda tires. They are better than all of the tires you listed above and what I would recommend you to run.

Parcel sucks. If they lose your shit or misplace it you're fucked. I used to ship shirts and stuff parcel, but after shipping some to Cameron at Redline I won't do that anymore. They for whatever reason couldn't deliver the package and sent it back to the post office, where I had to PAY for the return shipping... At least with priority you don't get fucked that way.
